Chia pudding is high in fibre which helps to keep the
digestive system moving regularly. 80% of Irish
children don’t consume enough fibre, therefore this
healthy snack canhelp boost fibre intakes.

Omega 3 healthy fatswhich are essential for
normal growth and development of
children.
METHODPlace all ingredients in a small jar, screw on lid and shake well until all ingredients are well combined. Place in a refridgerator for 3 hrs minimum, or preferably overnight. Shake again or stir well with a spoon. Optional serve with some berries.

• 100ml milk• 4 tspn ground chia seeds
• 1/2 tspn honey• 1 tspn cacao / cocoa powder
