Yanbu Steel Company is a part of MIDROC Group of Companies.. We are a major world class quality steel fabrication company leading the market with specialization in Design, Fabrication and Construction of Steel storage tanks, Pressure vessels, Process columns, Piping spools, Evaporators, Boiler Components and structural steel, while also �exible enough to cover other miscellaneous steel fabrication requirements of the oil, gas, petrochemical, cement, fertil-izer, food and water industries.
Yanbu Steel Company was formed in 1984, with more than 35 years of experience and exper-tise in the same line of business, YSC provides reliable solutions while maintaining a relentless focus on safety and an uncompromising standard of quality.
YSC has a well-experienced dedicated team to carryout Repair and Maintenance Services of Steel storage tanks, Pressure Vessels, Columns, Reactors, Piping, Furnaces, Heat exchangers and Structural Steel in place at site and at our workshop.
The Headquarter and major production facilities are located in Yanbu, Western region of Saudi Arabia, with site teams working as required anywhere within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Yanbu Steel Company has a team of experienced design engineers skilled in AUTOCAD, Micro Station and TEKLA Structures to furnish detailed designs and drafting for a variety of steel products and turnkey solutions.
Our engineering sta� have full working knowledge of industry codes/design standards such as API, ASME, PIP. They are also familiar with Saudi Aramco & SABIC speci�cations.
The use of state-of-the-art technology in the engineering of every job including highly special-ized software like ANSYS, PV Elite, COADECALC, COADE TANK, MathCAD, Etank, Com-press, STADD Pro, AutoCAD, Solid Works, Micro Station and TEKLA Structures has been a key element in Yanbu Steel Company's success.
Yanbu Steel Company also has a subsidiary company in India (YSC Engineering Services PVT.LTD), to support the head o�ce design activities. Yanbu Steel Company has an in-house engineering capability, complete with computerized drawing o�ce, supporting our core business supplying steel storage tanks (carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, clad plate etc.; shop-built and site erected; all sizes, all types including spheres and cryogenic), pressure vessels and columns (ASME VIII division I & II), chimney stacks, silos/bins/hoppers, piping and heavy structural steel.

YSC plays a dynamic role in the development of petroleum and petrochemical industries with experienced supervision team and skilled tank & pressure vessels builders assisted with specialized state of the art equipment for tank construction including automatic welding machines.

Construction Process Equipment Fabrication
The modern fabrication shop is one of the largest fabrication shops in Saudi Arabia:
With total facility area of 143,440 square meters.
Consisting of 20,000 square meters of fully equipped covered workshops.
The storage yard which includes Raw materials and fabricated products is a total of 31,000 square meters.
Also, we have a fully covered large painting and blasting shop of 4,000 square meters.
Furthermore, YSC workshop facilities include all modernized equipment needed which allows us to fabricate large vessels and steel structures in accordance with various standards including

The fabrication shop has the capability to mass-produce up to thirty thousand tons per annum of steel fabrications.

Achievements• We are proud to say that approximately 80% of tanks in all re�neries and chemical plants around Yanbu were designed and constructed by Yanbu Steel Company.• Yanbu Steel Company constructed more than 1000 steel storage tanks in Saudi Arabia since inception but none of these tanks have been reported for repair within the warranty period..• Yanbu Steel Company has carried out many prestigious projects for Saudi ARAMCO, SABIC and contributed a lot to the Saudi government projects, majorly in successful completion of SSSP (Saudi Strategic Storage Program).
