Yazoo is a motivating story-based course for young learners. At each level, an appealing cast of characters contextualise the language and make learning fun. Level 1 is for learners who are ready to read and write.

The course combines a clear grammar syllabus with a strong focus on communication and progressive skills development. Content lessons introduce children to subjects across the curriculum. Constant in-built recycling and regular Reviews help to ensure no-one falls behind.

The Activity Book provides aural and written consolidation activities. The Pupils’ CD-ROM offers interactive practice and games.

For the teacher, the Active Teach CD-ROM, for use on Interactive Whiteboard, offers access to Pupils’ Book pages, class audio and additional printable resources all in one place.
