ALSTOM TALENT ENERGYThe Alstom Talent Energy Plan is a 12 months internship program for Fresh Graduates with recognized Master. We incorporate in the teams of Alstom Transport 40 interns with different academicals backgrounds to prepare their future integration on the labor market. It is a great opportunity to benefi t during a full year learnings from excellent professionals in an international work environment collaborating on signifi cant railways projects.

PROGRAM STRUCTUREAlstom offers 40 intern positions, full day based in its Spanish offi ces of Madrid and Barcelona’s areas in collaboration with Fundación Universidad-Empresa.

Once achieved with success the selection process, you will benefi t from an in-house integration program which aims is to get yourself familiarized with the culture of Alstom and its values. During this stage, your assigned tutor will set you specifi c objectives of your project within Alstom. Those objectives will be periodically reviewed and evaluated at the end of the year through a formal presentation to the Alstom Top Management. During the year you will participate to several trainings and meetings with Senior Managers of the Company.
