Our father and grandfather, Izak Herman, a survivor of Auschwitz, is remembered as a learned and hardworking man who loved teaching Hebrew, eating too many Hershey’s kisses, and being with his family and beloved caregiver.
We remember our mother and grandmother, Cornelia Herman, as a strong woman who loved music, her children and grandchildren, and staying active in her community through Shelters for Israel, alongside other survivors of the Shoah. Remembered by: Jeanne and David Herman and Family
