Approval of this land-use bylaw amendment will al- low for the development of an elementary school on the site as well as the accompanying sports fields. The current zoning(s) are in place in ancipaon of a school site, but was zoned before a site plan was de- veloped. This land-use bylaw amendment will update the zon- ing to reflect the site plan for the school alignment and the adjacent sports fields.
