HOG ROAST SPECIALTYIncreasingly popular for Summer
parties, Wedding Afters &
Corporate Events, our unique Pig
on the Spit is enjoyed by young
& old alike. A full Organic Pig
slow roasted in our state of the
art spit roasting machine which
ensures optimum tenderness and
flavour.
Suitable for all occasions ranging
from a minimum of 80. The
hog is slowly rotated over gas
for 5 to 6 hours and is cooked
to perfection to ensure crisp
crackling and tender pork.
For all Hog Roast Events, our
experienced chef will attend and
skillfully cut from the roast and
serve it to your guests. They
can choose from suckling pork
fillet, belly, shoulder and
crackling.
