Learning to swim is a valuable life skill that offers the freedom to participate

in aquatic activites while preventing the risk of drowning. YMCA certified swim instructors teach water safety while

encouraging youth to learn a variety of swim techniques. Give your child the

MARTIAL ARTSLearn the art of self-defense, control and discipline with the YMCA Martial Arts program.

As part of Summer Day Camp, the YMCA will be offering an 8-week educational enrichment program to help participants avoid the “summer slide” of academic learning loss. Children that participated in the program last summer saw an increase in development by 38% Mathematics and 54% Reading. Parents are asked to register for this program at the time of Day Camp Registration.

YMCA DAY CAMPCalling all Day Campers! The YMCA is preparing to launch into the Best Summer Ever and we invite your family to join in the fun. Our Day Camp program is designed to help your child learn and grow through creativity and self-discovery all summer long! This summer, our theme is Outer Space and each week our programming will have a different educational theme that will guide our activities and trips for the week.

Traditional Camp Ages 7 – 14Take in all that Camp Edwards has to offer with a 7-Day fun filled week of Traditional Camp. Campers will have an opportunity to participate in a variety of camp programs including archery, hiking, canoeing, swimming, campfire and more! Cost: $300/$320

Teen Leadership Camp Ages 13-17YMCA Teen Leadership Camp helps teens to discover their truepotential as leaders. Campers are encouraged to plan and lead activities, while taking on personal challenges to develop responsibility and self-esteem.Cost: $235/$255

Counselor In Training (C.I.T.) Ages 15-17Join the C.I.T. program to learn new life skills and obtain leadership experience, useful for the great outdoors! You will learn first-hand with guidance from a Counselor Mentor. Camp Eddie Ages 6-10Camp Eddie is a traditional style camp for younger campers. This is a shorter, 5-Day week camp with activities and themes geared toward the younger age group. Cost: $210/$230

Circus Camp Ages 7-14The Great All American Youth Circus is coming to Camp Edwards! Campers will enjoy a 5-day retreat with team building and circus training including unicycle, teeterboard and trapeze acts.Cost: $300/$320
