At first, I was with my mother. Then she, along with 17 others, were taken from the ghetto and murdered in Rybnitza. In 1968 in Rybnitza, while excavating the ground for the foundation of a proposed multistory building, 48 bodies were discovered, among them my mother. We suffered and lived through so many horrors, but did not become heartless. I am happy that there are still people like you in this world. I always tell people that goodness will prevail.
