TRADE AREA FACTS• Harley-Davidson is going to bring 450 full-time, casual and contractor

positions to the Springettsbury Township in York County location over the next year and a half. They are closing their Kansas City plant and shifting the production from that facility to the one in York County, 2.6 miles from York Galleria. Currently there are 930 Harley-Davidson employees in Springettsbury Township, the local plant is going to be expanded and all Harley models will be produced in York.
