Human resources developmentThe continued professional development of our staff is of paramount importance to us. Hence we prefer to take matters into our own hands. Our human resource development approach is to establish opportunity-driven parameters to en-hance staff qualification and motivation.

Our human resources development is based on the idea of partnership be-tween the company and its employees. In order to be able to develop and offer need-based qualification classes, it is essential to openly address both strengths and weaknesses of all staff. Our aim is to reinforce the professional and leadership competence as well as the motivation of each employee.

It is a good way for us to ensure that our employees meet your requirements on the high level you have a right to expect from us. Beyond that, we seek to initiate new networks with other companies and industries while consolidating and expanding existing relations.

Investing into the futureWe invest in trainee sponsorship and specifically in advanced training and continued professional development – after all, it is an investment into our future. Steadily raising our vocational training ratio, we offer entry-level training opportunities in selected vocational professions such as “real estate agent,”

“electronics engineer for building and infrastructure systems,” and “refrige-ration technology mechatronics engi-neer.” In addition, we offer dual degree programs in three different fields (busi-ness administration/real estate economy, business engineering/facility manage-ment, utility and energy management). Other promising entry-level career op-portunities include the trainee program, internships, academic theses, and, of course, direct hiring.

We attach great importance to contin-ued professional development, which is why we develop custom training classes to become a “certified data centre spe-cialist,” a “certified property manager,” or a “facility management specialist (GEFMA).” These training programs are conducted by renowned continued professional development institutions and higher education institutions.
