• How to figure it– Multiply rooms width by length (in feet)– Divide this number by 9 to find square yardage– Room measures 12ft X 10 feet. What is the

square footage/yardage? • 120 ft/13.3 yd

• Stone/Tile -- $6.00 or more square foot

• Wood -- $4.00 or more square foot– May need to be finished as well

• Carpet -- $8.00 square yard usually included pad, tack strip and installation
