Select search by: BUSINESS_NO and enter the Business no (last 5 digits after the dash of Rental Registration number)

SELECT the line listed

Click Add to Cart

Select: PROCEED TO CHECKOUT

Review and Select: PROCEED TO PAYMENT

Enter Credit Card information and complete payment
