Dreamtime stories, personal stories, and a vast knowledge of Aboriginal culture are intertwined in a dynamic and interactive programme for young people. Cost: $350 GST N/A for up to 35 children. Every child over 35 pays $10 GST N/A. Maximum of 40 children. * Shake a Leg – Boori Monty Pryor Combining humorous tales from his childhood growing up in Far North Queensland, Dreamtime stories, music and dance, Boori introduces children to his culture and family. In Shake a Leg Boori uniquely combines his extensive performing experience with his love of sharing stories with the youngest members of our community. Cost: $350 + GST = $385 Maximum of 40 children * Black Duck – Brock Tutt Professional dancer and cultural presenter Brock Tutt presents this engaging programme for preschoolers. Drawing on his understanding of culture, Brock demonstrates the music, dances and languages of the Yuin Nation. The performance includes a demonstration of the didgeridoo as well as the patient teaching of language and dances from his culture. Cost: $330 GST N/A Maximum of 40 children

* Sharing Culture – Gwenda Stanley Gwenda Stanley has delighted children of all ages for many years with her natural, engaging, gentle manner. Gwenda will use dance, story, artefacts and language to share with children her unique and rich First Nation’s culture. Cost: $350 GST N/A Maximum of 40 children * Cheeky Emus - Eleanor Clapham A hands-on workshop giving all children the chance to learn dance, language and music. Join Eleanor on this fun filled musical adventure to learn all about Emus and their songs, stories and dances. Cost: $340 GST N/A Maximum of 40 children * Barka (River) Friends - Bianca Williams Drawing on her experiences as a child growing up in Brewarrina Central NSW, Bianca will share her family’s culture, highlighting the importance of belonging, community and identity for Indigenous people. Children will learn a short dance and get to see and touch Bianca’s handmade traditional artefacts. They will also see Bianca put on her traditional clothing and jewelry as well as painting herself with ochre before their eyes. With her endless enthusiasm and wonderful rapport with children, Bianca will share how First Nations communities use stories and dances to stay connected to one another over time and distance. Cost: $330 GST N/A Maximum of 40 children
