. Baby Rhyme Time - 0-2 years A fun free program for babies. Enjoy rhymes and songs at 9.30 am every Wednesday or Friday during school term. No bookings required.

Toddler Tales - 18-30 months Rhymes, stories, songs and craft for toddlers. A series of up to nine sessions is held each school term, and bookings are required, please contact the library.

Storytime - 2-5 years Stories, rhymes, songs and craft for 2–5 year olds. Held every Thursday at 10.00 am, Storytime is free and no bookings are required.

Reading rewards Year One students are invited to collect rewards for borrowing from Fremantle City Library. Collect a sticker each time you visit the library, and once you have collected ten stickers, your reward is a free library bag!

Better Beginnings Supports parents in reading to children, helping them to develop necessary literacy skills to become good readers and succeed at school. Collect a Better Beginnings parent toolkit with a beautiful board book for your baby from your child health nurse or from the Library. Visit Better Beginnings for more information.

Members may borrow 3 items for three weeks, with a limit of 10 toys per family. Toy library membership also includes automatic Fremantle City Library membership. The club has activities for all ages from toddlers to seniors. PCYC is a charitable not-for-profit organisation which is required to fundraise in order to survive. Profits from fundraising are directed back into the community in the form of services for children and youth. Indoor and outdoor sports facilities: Gymnasium for men and women of all ages, (gym membership and casual sessions). PCYC has many specialised programs in place, aimed at engaging youth-at-risk as part of our focus on crime prevention. We aim to identify the situations that lead young people to behave antisocially, commit an offence or become the victim of an offence and then recommend a program to suit that youth’s situation. Streetball is run at the Fremantle PCYC on numerous Saturday nights from 6.00 pm–9.00 pm.
