*In memoriam
Young Concert Art i s t s has discovered and launched the careers of over
270 musicians who are now among the world’s most celebrated artists – enlivening our
country’s cultural scene as soloists, artistic directors of festivals, composers, creators of
ensembles, conductors, and mentors of the new generation.
Concert performances throughout the US and abroad, individual career guidance, and
New York, Washington, and Boston debuts are among the exciting opportunities won by
each YCA Artist. Through YCA’s Annaliese Soros Educational Residency Program, YCA
artists perform for and interact with thousands of students nationwide, inspiring the
audiences of the future.
Young Concert Artists’ mission is generously supported by the contributions of music-loving
sponsors, foundations, and the National Endowment for the Arts.
