About Your Bill• Annual taxes are payable November 1, 2017 - March 31, 2018. Taxes paid in November receive a 4% discount.• Florida Statute extends discount/payment deadlines falling on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday to the next business day. Payments must be received in our office by 5:00 p.m.• Search, pay, view or print a duplicate tax bill at www.pbctax.com.• Read the important instructions on the back of your bill.• Ad valorem taxes are based on property value and exemptions.• Municipalities and special taxing districts set non-ad valorem amounts.• If the property has been sold, forward the property tax bill to the new owner or mark bill “SOLD” and return to our office.

Installment Payment Plan• Th e Installment Payment Plan is available for next year’s taxes. Apply online at www.pbctax.com.• Current plan members are not required to re-apply.• Make four quarterly payments: two advance payments (June and September) and two during the tax payment period (December and March).• Receive a discount slightly under 4%. • To qualify: > Estimated property taxes must be more than $100. > Complete and return the application by April 30. > Annual participation requires the June payment on or before June 30.

Notice And Application For 2018Installment Payment PlanRead the instructions and payment schedule. Apply online at www.pbctax.com. Fla. Stat. 197.222, allows an installment payment plan for property taxes. June and September payments are based on an estimated tax equal to the actual taxes from the prior year.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:JUNE INSTALLMENT PAYMENT:The June installment must be paid by the due date to stay on the plan. One-quarter of the total estimated taxes, with a 6% discount, is due by June 30, 2018.

SEPTEMBER INSTALLMENT PAYMENT:One-quarter of the total estimated taxes, with a 4.5% discount, is due by September 30, 2018.

DECEMBER INSTALLMENT PAYMENT:One-quarter of the total estimated taxes plus one-half of the actual2018 tax liability adjustment, with a 3% discount, is due by December 31, 2018.

MARCH INSTALLMENT PAYMENT:One-quarter of the total estimated taxes plus one-half of the actual 2018 tax liability adjustment is due by March 31, 2019. There is no discount for March payments. Unpaid taxes become delinquent April 1, 2019.

*Florida Statute extends discount/payment deadlines falling on aSaturday, Sunday or holiday to the next business day. Payments must be received in our offi ce by 5:00 p.m.
