Introduction
In the pages of this book you will discover an extraordinary
subject matter, one that is still obscure to much of the world. But
as more and more people awaken their natural ability to sense the
energies in their environment and recognize the enor- mous impact
they have on a person’s happiness and unhappi- ness, successes and
failures, interest in this field will soar.
The aura of energy that surrounds your physical body and the fluid
energies in your environment may be invisible to the naked eye, but
their existence is a fact.
Whether you are aware of the energies in your environment or not,
they dramatically influence, either beneficially or detri-
mentally, your perception, your thoughts, feelings and sensa-
tions, your speech and your actions.
While it is easy and natural that we open ourselves to posi- tive
energy, we must also know how to guard ourselves against negative
energy.
Negative energy in our environments automatically oper- ates in us
as countless negative conditions: depression, painful memories,
unhappiness, anxiety, anger, illnesses, self-destruc- tive behavior
and failure in our endeavors, to name just a few.

Your Auric Forcefield
Willpower is no match against the influence of negative en-
vironmental energy. But we can instantly, and without the use of
willpower, guard ourselves against it using a technique I’ve
developed over the years to protect my aura, the Auric Chakra
Harmonization Technique™ (ACHT). The ACHT™ is completely natural,
easy to learn and simple to apply. Anyone can do it.
Performing the ACHT will activate the natural harmony of your auric
chakras. Your auric chakras are an anatomical part of your aura.
Activating their harmony will produce an auric forcefield of
harmony around your body protecting your natu- ral state of harmony
and happiness from the unhappy environ- mental energies that would
otherwise enter.
Most often a state of unhappiness is negative environmental energy
in our bodies. It might be hard to imagine that unhap- piness is
simply an energy you can remove from yourself. But you will know
this to be a fact when any level of unhappiness you might be
experiencing instantly disappears when you apply the ACHT.
Reestablishing your natural harmony and happiness is only the
beginning of the heights to which all the Your Auric Forcefield
(YAF) techniques can lead. I hope you will take this opportunity to
perform the techniques and experience the ex- traordinary ways in
which they can benefit your life.
There is no generally accepted nomenclature for this type of
literature. Therefore, in addition to fully defining words com-
monly used in this subject, I’ve also introduced new terminol- ogy
to ensure a clear and comprehensive understanding of the principles
and techniques presented herein.

Italicized words in parentheses after a word are either the
definition of the word or a synonym to aid the reader in un-
derstanding the relationship between different words with the same
or a similar meaning.
This book is best understood if its chapters are sequentially read,
as each one builds on information presented in preceding chapters.
If you skip around, you will come across principles and
terminology, especially those unique to this book, that were
defined and discussed in a previous chapter.
Each YAF technique will prepare you for the following technique. As
such, they are presented in the order in which they should be
learned. Ideally, you should not continue to the next chapter until
you have successfully performed, in some measure, the technique in
the chapter you are reading.
Once the details of a YAF technique are understood, you can easily
and quickly refer to a summary of that technique at the end of its
respective chapter.
The names of the techniques are frequently used through- out the
book. For simplicity of reading, I use acronyms for most of the
techniques. If at any time you need to reference the full name of
an acronym, you can quickly find it in the last Chapter, “Acronym
Reference Guide.”
The information in this book is concise, yet comprehensive. Each
page speaks volumes, and upon its completion you will have a simple
way to create profound levels of peace and happiness in your life.

Environmental Energy Chapter One
We pay a great deal of attention to the solid world around us, but
we often give little attention to the fluid energies that per-
meate solid forms and the space between them.
Some people can sense the energies in and around their body and
from their environment, and some have not yet de- veloped that
level of awareness. Whether you are aware of these energies or not,
the environmental energies – that is, all energies produced by
everyone and everything other than yourself – with which you are
constantly interacting, dramatically influence how you think, feel
and act. These energies can be positive or negative.
Negative environmental energy naturally produces nega- tive
thoughts, feelings, sensations and actions, and positive en- ergy
naturally produces positive thoughts, feelings, sensations and
actions.
The reason positive thinking does not work well for many people is
that one is trying to think positive while filled with negative
(pessimistic) energy. A positive attitude and positive action are
not about fighting negative thoughts, feelings, sensa- tions and
behavior, but rather, it is simply a matter of changing

the nature of the energy in oneself from negative to positive, the
energy that naturally produces optimism, happiness, construc- tive
behavior, and so on.
As used herein, one’s “being” includes one’s mind (aware- ness,
intelligence and memory), heart (feeling and sensorial facul-
ties), physical body and the aura of energy around one’s
body.
The nature of the energy in one’s being (heart, mind, body and
aura) often arises out of one’s perceptual interpretation of the
world, of people, etc., and among other factors, it can be sparked
by brain chemistry and hormone levels. These factors, however, do
not operate independently, but they are all ener- getically
connected to and greatly affect one another.
Since environmental energy and one’s being (heart, mind, body and
aura) are energetically connected, the positive or negative nature
of the environmental energy one receives influ- ences their being
with that nature. Likewise, the nature of the energy produced by
one’s being affects the energy in their en- vironment. It is a
circuit of energy, and the positive or negative energy in one part
of that circuit affects the other.
The natural state of your being is harmony. When you pro- tect your
natural harmony from negative environmental energy, you naturally
maintain a level of positive energy.
There are events in our lives that cause us to be unhappy, angry
and depressed. Some of those events have causes external to our own
actions. If, however, we were to review our unhappy events from an
objective viewpoint, it wouldn’t be difficult to

trace the cause of some of them to the decisions we’ve made and the
paths we’ve taken.
As we look at what caused our poor choices, we would be able to see
how many of them were influenced by a negative state of being;
moved, perhaps even subtly, by anxiety, irrita- tion, regret, fear,
and the like.
Self-inflicted or not, unhappy events will occur in our lives. What
is important is our ability to control the negative feelings those
events cause in us so that we avoid a perpetuation of their
destructive influences.
Harmonizing negative feelings caused by a traumatic event might
seem counterproductive to the natural processing of emotions
relating to that event, but this is not the case. It sim- ply
allows one to control the feelings and one’s behavior during the
processing. If one permits those feelings to takeover and
perpetuate in their being, they can lead one into a continuing
downward spiral of self-destructive behavior and unnecessary
additional consequences.
It is healthy to channel painful emotional energy into con-
structive action, especially if that action is directed toward a
healing of, or a solution to, that which caused the traumatic
event. Too often, however, unhappy emotional energy becomes
directed in self-destructive ways.
One might think that self-destructive behavior affects one- self
only, but it really isn’t possible to draw a line where self-
destructive behavior doesn’t also affect the lives of others, espe-
cially family, friends and business associates.

When you become aware of the impact environmental en- ergies have
on you, it will become clear that your being, and thus, your
behavior (speech and actions), is an expression of the nature of
the energy that vibrates in you. Moreover, it becomes obvious that
we do not transgress one another, but it is the de- structive
environmental energies we allow to enter our beings (hearts, minds,
physical bodies and auras) that influence trans- gressive activity
in and through us.
Although we are not the primary cause of transgression, if we give
speech and action to a body of transgressive (negative) energy, we
become complicit in its activity and suffer the con- sequences of
that behavior.
The nature of the energy one places their mind upon, posi- tive or
negative, activates that energy in one’s being and life. This is an
important fact that we will frequently revisit through- out this
book.
This means that when you become more aware of negative
environmental energy, you will experience an increase in its in-
fluence. However, this energy is already influencing everyone’s
life, whether one is aware of it or not. By learning to sense it at
the outer layer of your aura, referred to herein as your “auric
skin,” you will be able to guard yourself against its entrance into
your aura and your body where it would otherwise operate as a
negative state of being (heart, mind, body and aura).
The degenerative nature of negative environmental energy is the
cause of most of the ill conditions of one’s body and life.
Prolonged exposure to negative vibrations can cause them to imbed
at a cellular level and result in cellular mutation and/or

activate latent inherent genetic defects. This, of course, is not
only a contributing factor to numerous illnesses, but when we
consider the self-destructive behavior negative (unhappy) en- ergy
influences in many individuals: addiction, self-harm, an unhealthy
lifestyle, for example, it also causes significantly more physical
health problems than the negative energy alone idling (vibrating)
in one’s body is causing.
As you learn to sense the energies around you, it will also become
clear that negative environmental energy is the cause of many
neurological dysfunctions and mental illnesses, such as attention
deficit disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and demonic
possession.
While the cause of a mental illness can be related to a struc-
tural impairment of the brain, most mental illnesses are the
disturbance of one’s heart and mind due to a breach of one’s aura
and body by negative environmental energy. Since the vi- brations
of that energy can influence biological formation, it is likely
that structural impairments themselves are the effect of one’s
exposure to negative environmental energy during the developmental
stages of one’s life.
Individuals whom we call “possessed” have a breach of their aura
through which malevolent (extremely destructive) envi- ronmental
energy is entering. These individuals simply do not know how to
guard (harmonize) themselves against its entrance.
The word “possession” should not be limited to those who have
become taken over by malevolent energy, but, in fact, any level of
a negative state of being and behavior that one cannot

control could be categorized as a level of possession of that indi-
vidual by the negative environmental energy that is causing
it.
Willpower alone is no match against the influence of a body of
negative energy. But one can guard (harmonize) oneself against
negative energy with the Auric Chakra Harmonization Technique™
(ACHT), and thereby, regain possession of the nat- ural harmony of
their being.
Unhappiness is the nature of negative (disharmonious) en- ergy and
happiness is the nature of positive (harmonious) en- ergy. The
degree of the disharmonious or harmonious energy in one’s being is
the degree of their unhappiness or happiness, respectively.
It might be hard to believe that unhappiness is simply an en- ergy
that you can remove, but this will become obvious to you when any
level of unhappiness (negative energy) you might be ex- periencing
at any moment is instantly and automatically replaced with harmony
and happiness upon performing the ACHT™.
Not only can the ACHT remove unhappy energy, but the resulting
happiness of one’s being (heart, mind, body and aura) will pull
anyone who feels withdrawn from the world, out, into happy
interactions with society.
A common reason why individuals withdraw from society is a weak
auric field. This weakness gives way to a barrage of environmental
energies that disorient their ability to harmoni- ously interact
with other people. If one does not know how to harmonize their aura
against the turbulent currents of environ- mental energies, one can
become reclusive, even agoraphobic.

Environmental Energy
How one perceives and interprets the world and their life in it
might appear to be a contributing factor. But a negative
perception, negative interpretations and withdrawing from so- ciety
are all caused by the same energy. A negative perception, a
withdrawal from society, unhappiness, anxiety, fear, etc., are all
self-fulfilling aspects of negative energy morphing into different
negative forms.
Negative energy manifests as every negative thought, feel- ing,
sensation, behavior and condition, in varying degrees of
darkness.
Our positive energetic connections with one another are es- sential
to our happiness. In the same way that a circuit of posi- tive
energy between people increases and strengthens the posi- tive
energy of each of those individuals, the chronic absence of these
positive circuits results in a weakening of one’s life
energy.
People suffering from this condition, and many others like it, can
instantly control them by harmonizing their au- ras against the
entrance of the negative environmental energies that cause
them.
The ACHT does not protect us against physical matter. But it does
harmonize us against the negative thought-energies,
feeling-energies and sensorial-energies produced by living be- ings
(organic energies: people, animals, plants, etc.).
The organic negative environmental energies we encoun- ter were and
are produced, past and present, by living beings as thoughts,
feelings, emotions, sensations, speech and actions. Once produced,
these energies do not disappear, but they con-

tinue and become part of a collective body of hate-energy,
anger-energy, envy-energy, fear-energy, self-loathing-energy,
greed-energy, lascivious-energy, and the like.
The degree to which one is affected by this body of energy is
primarily determined by the nature of one’s speech and actions
(behavior). Behavior, however, is highly dictated by the nature of
the energy in one’s being. Harmonizing (Guarding) oneself against
the entrance of negative environmental energies, there- fore,
avoids the negative state of being and behavior those ener- gies
would otherwise influence. This is the primary purpose of the ACHT,
and the beginning of developing an auric forcefield of profound
happiness, harmony and peace.

Your Auric Body Chapter Two
Think of your aura as a body of energy that encompasses your
physical body, with a radius (measurement from the center of a
circle outward) from your skin of about two feet.
Just as your physical body has an outer layer of skin, so does your
aura. The outer layer of your aura is your “auric skin.” Your auric
skin is the location of your auric chakras.
Auric chakras are the chakras of your aura. They are not the
chakras on the body commonly written about and displayed on
charts.
The auric energy around your physical body is very different from
the energy in your body. For this reason, the energy field (aura)
around your body can be understood as its own body, which we will
sometimes also refer to as your “auric body.”
You are naturally aware of the sensations of your physical body.
You can also be aware of the sensations of your auric body. This
will naturally occur when you learn to sense your aura. We will
refer to your natural ability to be aware of the sensations of your
physical body and of your auric body as your
“sense-awareness.”

If you would like to be able to sense your aura, you can easily do
so using the exercise in this chapter. The exercise aside, sens-
ing your aura, as a general process, occurs by expanding your
sense-awareness to and of the energies around the outside of your
body.
A distinguishing characteristic of energy is its vibration.
Therefore, when you sense the energy of your aura, what you will be
sensing is the vibration of that energy. The quality of that
vibration, harmonious or disharmonious, will naturally be apparent
to you.
If upon sensing your aura, you sense negative energy in it,
understand, that energy was already there influencing your be- ing,
your behavior and your life. That negative energy is what you will
be removing via the ACHT.

Developing a Sense-Awareness of Your Aura Exercise™
Hold your hands about a foot in front of your chest, palms fac- ing
each other, spread about eight to ten inches apart. Relax and sense
the circuit of energy between your hands. If your hands are cold,
start by rubbing them together until they become warm. Continue
until the current between your hands becomes strong.
Next, keeping your hands a foot or so away from your body, turn
your hands toward your torso and sense the circuit of en- ergy
between your hands and your torso. Then move your hands around
different locations over your body, including your head, arms, legs
and feet, sensing the circuits of energy between your hands and the
different areas of your body.
Now, hold your hands about a foot or so away from and over any part
of your body until you sense a solid circuit of energy between your
hands and that part of your body. Then, place your hands by your
sides while maintaining a sense-awareness of the energy outside
your body at the area over which you held your hands. Repeat this
process at different areas around your body.
The energy you just generated and sensed outside your body was not
your aura, it was the circulation of the energy between your hands
and your body. The purpose of this part of the ex- ercise is to
help you sense energy outside your body. Getting a sense of what
energy feels like outside your body will make it easier for you to
learn to sense the energy of your aura.

Lastly, repeat the beginning part of this exercise by holding your
hands about a foot or so in front of your chest, palms fac- ing
each other, spread about eight to ten inches apart, and sense the
circuit of energy between your hands. When the circuit be- comes
strong, turn your palms outward away from your body and continue to
sense the energy flowing out of your palms. Also, sense the energy
around the outside of your hands at the sides and back, as well as
in front of your fingertips. You should be able to sense energy
around the outside of the entirety of both your hands. This is the
energy of your aura.
Now that you know the sensation of your aura around your hands,
expand your sense-awareness of your aura around both of your
wrists. After you can sense your aura around your wrists, move to
your aura around your lower arms, your elbows and then to your
upper arms. When you can firmly sense your aura around the entirety
of both arms and hands, move in like fashion to your shoulders,
then to your neck and head, and then to your torso, legs, feet and
toes. You should now be sens- ing your aura around your entire
body.
Practice this exercise several times. When you can easily sense the
energy of your aura, especially in front of your torso, where Part
I of the Auric Chakra Harmonization Technique (ACHT) will be
performed, proceed to the next chapter.

Part I: Feelings & Emotions Chapter Three
The Auric Chakra Harmonization Technique™ (ACHT) is pre- sented in
three different parts as it relates to the three different forms of
stimuli: thoughts – feelings and emotions – and sen- sations. Once
learned, however, they all function as one tech- nique. The ACHT™
Part I harmonizes negative feelings and emotions.
Feelings and emotions that arise are energy. They might be felt
throughout one’s body, but they are primarily experienced in the
abdomen and chest (torso).
Upon your first use of the ACHT you will quickly learn that the
nature of the energy upon which you place your mind activates that
energy in your body and in your life. The reverse is also true; the
mind is naturally drawn to feelings and/or sen- sations. As stated
in the previous chapter, we refer to this com- bined function of
the heart (feeling and sensorial faculties) and mind (awareness,
intelligence and memory) as “sense-awareness.”

When a negative feeling or emotion arises in the torso, the mind
naturally becomes fixed on that feeling or emotion. Since the mind
activates the energy upon which it is placed, keeping the mind on
the unhappy condition at the body only intensifies and perpetuates
the negative condition. Shifting the mind to an auric chakra
activates the potent harmony of an auric chakra in- stead. Once
activated, the harmony-energy of the auric chakra automatically
circulates with and requalifies the feeling-energy in the torso
with its happy energy.
The ACHT is extremely simple to perform. Overthinking the location
of your auric chakras or the mechanics of the tech- nique will only
impede your natural ability to sense their har- mony. Relax into
the three steps of the ACHT listed below and you will easily and
quickly sense them. The only prerequisite is that you have learned
to sense the energy of your aura.
The ACHT I is used whenever a negative feeling or emotion arises.
However, a negative feeling or emotion is not necessary to sense
the harmony of your auric chakras. You can practice the ACHT I to
familiarize yourself with the extraordinary har- mony of your auric
chakras even if you do not have any nega- tive feelings to
harmonize.
Your auric skin is filled with auric chakras. So, if you do not
have a negative feeling to harmonize, perform the ACHT I by
choosing any point in space about two feet in front of your torso
and you will sense the harmony of one or more of the many au- ric
chakras at that point in front of you. This will acquaint you with
their existence and their potent harmony.

The Auric Chakra Harmonization Technique Part I
Each auric chakra has its own direct circulation of energy with
your physical body. When you sense an auric chakra, you will also
sense the circulation of the harmonious energy be- tween the auric
chakra you activated and your body.
ACHT I: Harmonizing Negative Feelings & Emotions: When a
negative feeling or emotion arises, perform the fol-
lowing three steps: 1. Sense the energy of your aura in front of
the area of your

harmony of an auric chakra while performing the ACHT are: one is 1)
not sensing the energy of their aura, 2) not relax- ing into the
exercise, or 3) overthinking the process.
Your auric body and auric chakras are part of you, part of your
heart and mind. Thinking that they are part of you will help you
sense them.
An auric chakra is a concentrated (potent) point of harmo- nious
energy that has a magnetic connection with your mind.

When you relax and open your sense-awareness to its harmony, the
auric chakra will naturally attract (lead) your sense-aware- ness
to its location. Therefore, simply relax into the energy of your
aura in front of your torso and think about the harmony of your
auric chakras about two feet away and see where your
sense-awareness is pulled (led).
Since auric chakras are extremely harmonious, you will, with- out
question know when you are getting close, and especially, when you
have arrived. Like two magnets of opposite poles, your
sense-awareness and your auric chakra will naturally lock
together.
Once connected, the harmony-energy of your auric chakra will
instantly and automatically harmonize the negative feeling or
emotion in your torso and increase the harmony of your entire
body.
After harmonizing one circuit, if you don’t feel that the level of
harmony you’ve established is complete, sense for any addi- tional
negative feeling-energy in your torso and repeat the process.
The reasons the ACHT works so well is that: 1. by moving your
sense-awareness outside and away from
the disharmony in your torso, you decentralize and dif- fuse the
accumulation of negative feeling-energy held in your torso by your
mind, and
2. when you place your sense-awareness on an auric chakra, simply
having your sense-awareness on it ac- tivates its potent harmony
which purifies the circula- tion of energy between that auric
chakra and your torso where the negative energy is felt.

This is a great example of how changing the nature of the energy
upon which you place your mind changes the nature of the energy
that becomes active in your being (heart, mind, physical body and
aura). The moment you placed your mind on the happy (positive)
energy of your auric chakra, the circuit of energy between your
auric chakra and your feeling faculty in- stantly produced a calm,
harmonious and happy state of being.
A chakra is an energy center – a concentration of energy – that
acts as an interface between two different levels and types of
energies. You have chakras at the skin of your physical body and at
the skin of your auric body. The chakras upon which you place your
mind in the ACHT are your auric chakras at the skin of your auric
body.
There are numerous auric chakras all around your auric skin. In
ACHT I you are learning about the auric chakras at the front-half
of your torso because it is your torso where feelings and emotions
become active. The chakras of the other parts of your auric skin
relating to negative thoughts and sensations will be covered in
ACHT II and ACHT III.
Different parts of the body respond differently to environ- mental
stimuli. We know stimuli through the head as thoughts, stimuli in
the torso as feelings and emotions, and stimuli throughout every
other part of the body and aura as sensations. It is best to learn
the three parts of the ACHT separately before putting all three
together into one technique.
The location of the main auric chakras related to feelings and
emotions are in vertical columns in front of your torso at the
centerline of your body, at 30 degrees on both sides of your
centerline, at 60 degrees on both sides, and at 90 degrees

directly at each side of your torso and arms. They are located at
your auric skin.
Your auric skin is the outer layer of your auric body. The part of
your auric skin related to your auric chakras of the ACHT I has an
approximate radius (measurement from the cen- ter of a circle
outward) of about two feet away from the physical skin of the
entire front-half of your torso, and a circumference (the
measurement of the outside curve of a circle) of 180 degrees from
shoulder to shoulder.
Initially, it can be helpful to refer to the diagrams at the end of
Chapters Three and Four to see pictorial representations of the
main auric chakras of the ACHT I and the ACHT II. However, it is
not recommended that you memorize the auric chakras from the
diagrams. What is important is that you learn to feel and sense
your auric chakras, especially in relation to their ability to
harmo- nize negative energy in your body. The moment you sense
them, you will know their locations in a way no diagram can
depict.
While performing the ACHT, if you sense resistance to the outward
movement of your sense-awareness, it is likely because your
sense-awareness has become fixed on the resistance (nega- tive)
energy inside your aura rather than upon the harmony of your auric
chakra located just beyond that resistance-energy at your auric
skin. To continue to give your sense-awareness to re-
sistance-energy will only increase that resistance. Simply think
about the harmony of your auric chakra that is just beyond the
resistance-energy, and you should be able to easily shift your
sense-awareness to your auric chakra.

If you continue to experience resistance-energy, stop resist- ing
it and let that energy through to your body. Once the pres- sure of
that accumulation has been relieved, it will be easy to shift your
sense-awareness to your auric chakra, which will then activate and
harmonize that resistance-energy.
You receive the energy upon which you place your mind. This is also
true of negative environmental energy. The more you think about and
talk about negative energy, or the more aware of it you become, the
greater its influence will be in your life.
Negative environmental energy is always affecting everyone whether
we are aware of it or not. It takes on every negative form:
unhealthy thoughts, feelings and sensations, the annoy- ance of a
monotonous tune looping in the head, painful and unhappy memories,
anxiety, fear, unhappiness, pessimism, de- pression, physical
illnesses; every negative condition imaginable.
While we should never dwell on negative energy, we should always
sense when it attempts to enter our auras and understand how to
harmonize ourselves against it.
Negative energy enters us in different ways. One common means by
which it gains entrance is through our experiences of the unhappy
events in our lives. If we do not properly manage the negative
energy caused by an unhappy event, that energy will continue to
subtly creep in, incrementally accumulating its substance (energy)
in such a way that it goes unnoticed while we unknowingly acclimate
to each gradual daily increase of its unhappy influence (vibration)
as a normal state of being.
If we do not watch for (remain sense-aware of ) negative en- ergy
and remove it from ourselves when it enters, the accumu-

lated weight of its vibrations (influences), as a feeling and
sensa- tion of hopelessness, for example, can become heavy enough
that even if we know how to remove it we will not take the action
to do so. Its energy can also become so thick that it can even
cause us to forget that we have a solution to its removal.
We should, therefore, remain watchful (sense-aware) that the
harmony of our beings is always increasing, not decreas- ing. The
very moment any decrease in harmony is sensed, that should be an
automatic trigger for us to regain possession of the natural
harmony and happiness of our beings.
Auric chakras are naturally harmonious. There will be times,
however, when you sense an auric chakra and find that it isn’t
harmonious, but rather, that it has become a hole for the entrance
of a negative environmental energy.
A “hole” is an auric chakra that has completely taken on the nature
of the negative environmental energy entering it.
You can easily correct this by sensing the energy of that auric
chakra/hole and thinking about the potent harmony of that auric
chakra, which is its natural state. Immediately upon doing so, the
hole will close and that auric chakra will become harmonious. This
will also reestablish the harmonious circuit of energy between that
auric chakra and your body.
Reestablishing harmony in the body and aura by sensing the harmony
of an auric chakra is effortless. Any attempt to reestab- lish
harmony by sensing the physical body results in a difficult
struggle with willpower alone, and often results in failure.

How to Use the Diagrams
The diagrams at the end of Chapters Three, Four and Seven do not
pinpoint the exact locations of the auric chakras, nor do they
depict all of them. The purpose of the diagrams is to pro- vide the
approximate locations of the main auric chakras and their spatial
relationship to the body. The only way to learn the auric chakras
is to sense them.
I have included diagrams of the auric chakras as described in the
chapters on the ACHT I and the ACHT II. When you use the diagrams,
it is recommended that you do so while read- ing the written
explanations of their locations.
It was unnecessary to include diagrams of the auric chakras of ACHT
III, because as you begin to sense your auric chakras in front of
your torso and around your head, you won’t need any further visual
aid to locate (sense) the rest.

Part II: Thoughts Chapter Four
Thoughts and the thinking process are vital functions of ev- eryday
life. Negative thoughts, however, are unhealthy because they
destabilize the mind and heart and influence destructive
behavior.
Mental stability is dependent upon emotional stability, and vice
versa. We can have emotional thoughts, those that arise from having
an emotion, and non-emotional thoughts, those that do not seem to
have any emotional counterpart.
When you work with the ACHT, you will discover that many feelings,
emotions and sensations begin as a thought, and that the head is
merely the point of origin of the body where those environmental
energies initially enter.
The feeling and sensorial faculties of the heart in the torso are
lower levels of awareness, and they are connected to the thoughts
in the head by a circuit of energy. Every thought one allows to
remain in their head will circulate to their abdomen

and throughout their body as feelings, emotions and sensations.
Likewise, the energy of every feeling, emotion or sensation will
circulate to the head as thoughts. Therefore, the nature of the
environmental energy one allows to enter their head is as im-
portant as the nature of the environmental energy one allows to
enter at the other regions of their body.
As with ACHT I, it is not necessary to have a negative thought to
familiarize yourself with the auric chakras around your head and
sense their harmony. While performing the ACHT II below, remember,
do not overthink the location of your auric chakras or your natural
ability to sense them. Just re- lax into the process of the
technique and let your auric chakras draw you to their potent
harmony.
ACHT II: Harmonizing Negative Thoughts: To harmonize negative
thoughts, apply the same process of the ACHT I to your head.
While the auric chakras for feelings and emotions are found at your
auric skin 180 degrees over the front-half of your torso, the auric
chakras that correspond to negative thoughts can be anywhere in the
360 degree globe of your auric skin, all around and above your
head, neck and shoulders.
When negative thoughts arise, perform the following three
steps:
1. Sense the energy of your aura around your head, espe- cially
over the area where the negative thoughts appear most active.
2. Think about the potent harmony of your auric chakras located
about one to two feet away from that area. Con-

tinue to think about their harmony until you sense one of your
auric chakras activate. Once activated, you will immediately sense
its potent energy circulate to and harmonize the negative thoughts
in your head.
3. Keep your sense-awareness on the harmony of that au- ric chakra
and the calm feeling it has established in your head for about ten
seconds or so to stabilize that har- monious circuit.
As mentioned in the previous chapter, to fully harmonize the
feeling-energy in your torso can sometimes require that you
activate more than one of your auric chakras of the ACHT I. The
same is true with harmonizing negative thought-energy in the head.
After harmonizing one circuit, your mind will be harmonious and
calm. If, however, there is still some unrest, sense around your
head, neck and shoulders for any additional thought-energy that
still needs to be harmonized. Harmonize one at a time. With a
little practice, you will be able to sense and harmonize all
circuits at the same time.
Upon activating the harmony of your auric chakras of your head, all
mental chatter will cease, and your brain and mind will become
harmonious and calm. It will be as if you turned it all off simply
by flipping a switch.
As you experience the difference between the negative chatter of
this energy and the harmony of mind which ensues upon removing it,
you will know for a fact that negative envi- ronmental energy is
the cause of many neuroses such as acute chronic depression, panic
attacks, and even such psychoses as schizophrenia and demonic
possession; that many, and likely all

mental illnesses are a breach of one’s aura and body by negative
environmental energy.
In addition to the sounds made by negative energy in the mind,
commonly known as negative mental chatter and voices, negative
environmental energy can also form as disturbing mental visual
images in the mind’s eye (the visual faculty of awareness in the
head).
Negative environmental energy circulates and manifests in every
faculty of the body. This one energy appears as negative images in
the visual faculty, negative sounds in the auditory faculty,
negative feelings in the heart, and so on. To remove negative
mental images, most often you will harmonize the au- ric chakras
related to your visual faculty, which includes your mind’s eye and
your physical eyes.
The primary auric chakras associated with your visual fac- ulty are
those directly in front of each physical eye, one to two feet away.
When you activate the harmony of these auric chakras, they will
replace any negative mental visual images in your mind’s eye with
harmony.
There are two additional sets of auric chakras related to the
visual faculty. The first set is a short column one to two feet in
front of the centerline of your forehead. The second set is a short
column one to two feet away from the centerline of the back of your
head.
If while performing the Harmonizing Negative Mental Visual Images
Technique™, below, activating the harmony of your auric chakras in
front of your eyes alone does not completely remove the negative
visual image, activate the harmony of the two ad-

ditional sets of auric chakras, also. Activating one or all three
sets of the auric chakras related to your visual faculty will
completely remove the negative visual image and harmonize your
mind’s eye.
Harmonizing Negative Mental Visual Images Technique™: When a
negative mental visual image arises, perform the fol- lowing four
steps:
1. Sense the energy of your aura in front of your physical
eyes.
2. Think about the potent harmony of your auric chakras located
about one to two feet in front of your eyes. Con- tinue to think
about their harmony until you sense the auric chakras in front of
your eyes activate. Once they are activated, you will immediately
sense their potent en- ergy circulate through your physical eyes to
your mind’s eye and harmonize the negative images in your
mind.
3. Keep your sense-awareness on the harmony of those au- ric
chakras and the harmony they have established in your physical eyes
and mind’s eye for about ten seconds or so to stabilize those
harmonious circuits.
4. If after performing the above, the negative mental visual image
is not completely gone, activate the auric chakras of the
additional two sets related to your visual faculty: 1) the short
column one to two feet in front of the centerline of your forehead,
and 2) the short column one to two feet away from the centerline of
the back of your head.
Negative environmental energy is so common in our environ- ments
that we need to harmonize our auric chakras many times

per day. Regular use of the ACHT develops in us a natural sense-
awareness reflex to negative energies before they enter our
auras.
Every time you harmonize an auric chakra against an en- vironmental
energy from entering your aura, that auric chakra becomes stronger.
Your sense-awareness reflex and the increas- ing strength of your
auric chakras are part of what develops your auric forcefield to
maintain the consistent harmony of your being.
The ACHT should never replace competent professional help. But it
is an additional tool to aid one in harmonizing their heart and
mind against negative environmental energies. That said, as a tool,
it is only as effective as one who will consistently employ
it.
Guarding (Harmonizing) your aura against destructive en-
vironmental energies should become a natural function of your daily
life. This means that you should always be sensing the nature of
the environmental energies you are receiving.
A test for the quality of the state of your being can easily be
measured by watching (sensing) to ensure that the harmony of your
being is always increasing, not decreasing. The moment you sense a
decrease in your harmony, that decrease, no matter how slight,
should be a signal for you to recover possession of the greater
level of harmony you have developed in your being through regular
use of the ACHT.

Part III: Sensations Chapter Five
Sensations stimulated by fluid environmental energy are as real as
those caused by physical matter. Fluid energy is just a differ- ent
type of external stimulant. Therefore, it is important to be as
mindful of what stimulates us energetically as we are of what
stimulates us physically.
As previously covered, feelings circulate and stimulate thoughts,
and thoughts stimulate feelings. Likewise, sensations at any part
of the body circulate and stimulate feelings and thoughts.
Positive energy is a sensation of harmony, which is the natu- ral,
and therefore, the consistent state of being.
Negative energy produces a constant flow of unstable and fleeting
sensations, pleasurable and painful, which disturb one’s natural
harmonious state.
It is natural that we sense the world around us. Sensation itself
is not the problem; the issue is enslavement to sensation.

Enslavement is an involuntary magnetic pull and lock of one’s
sense-awareness onto a disruptive energy, resulting in one’s in-
ability to reestablish their natural harmony and objectivity to
that energy. We refer to this as a “destructive sensation.”
The power of the sensation-magnet is not in the destruc- tive
energy alone; the magnetic function is also determined by one’s
heart and mind. One can harmonize their heart and mind against the
pull of sensation-energy via the ACHT III.
If we lose our ability to become objective to sensation, we become
like puppets on the strings of sensation-energy. It is only when we
have control over our acceptance of an influence (current of
energy) that we have the power to choose to accept or reject it.
Otherwise, we really do not have a choice. This requires the
ability to maintain control over an affected sense faculty without
relying on willpower alone.
While willpower and conscience are important aspects to controlling
the acceptance of a destructive influence, our bio- logical
strength against the magnetic pull of energy is limited. But when
we harmonize ourselves from the magnetic pull of sensorial
influences (energy currents and vibrations), we natu- rally become
objective to sensations, and our ability to make good choices is
effortlessly reestablished. Regaining and main- taining possession
of that objectivity is one of the many ben- efits the ACHT
provides. Harmonizing bodily sensations is an important part of
that process.
ACHT III: Harmonizing Destructive Sensations: Harmon- izing the
influence of a destructive sensation-energy is the same process as
ACHT I and ACHT II. The difference is that, since

sensations occur all around and throughout your body, you will
think about and become sense-aware of the auric chakras one to two
feet away from the area of your body where the destructive
sensation-energy is active.
When a destructive sensation arises, perform the following three
steps:
1. Sense the energy of your aura in front of the area of your body
where the destructive sensation appears most active.
2. Think about the potent harmony of your auric chakras located
about one to two feet away from that area. Con- tinue to think
about their harmony until you sense the harmony of one of your
auric chakras activate. Once activated, you will immediately sense
its potent energy circulate to and harmonize the destructive
sensation at your body.
3. Keep your sense-awareness on the harmony of that auric chakra
and the harmonious sensation it has established at your body for
about ten seconds or so to stabilize that harmonious circuit.
When your entire aura is as harmonious as your auric chakras, your
auric chakras will be less noticeable because their harmony will
blend into the harmony of your entire auric field. The harmony of
an auric chakra becomes more noticeable when negative energy enters
your aura. In this capacity, the activated harmony of your auric
chakras also acts as a gauge for the level of harmony that should
be maintained throughout your auric body and your physical
body.

A common sensation that many people struggle to control is
libidinal sensation. As with every sensation, the issue isn’t
libidinal sensation itself, but one’s inability to remain objective
to the influence (energy current and vibration) of that sensation.
It is only when one can become objective to its influence that they
can consistently make healthy and responsible choices in that area
of their life.
Controlling libidinal-energy sensation is as effortless as
controlling thoughts and feelings. One can harmonize their be- ing
from libidinal sensation by activating the harmony of the auric
chakras one to two feet in front of their groin via the ACHT
III.
There is an additional way to easily control this sensation using
the Libidinal-Energy Control Technique™ (LECT), de- scribed below.
In addition to controlling libidinal sensation, the LECT also
distributes libidinal-energy throughout the physical body. If
regularly distributed, libidinal-energy will strengthen the
body.
Libidinal-Energy Control Technique™ (LECT): Steady your
sense-awareness on the active libidinal sensation in your physi-
cal body, and with the unified intention of your being (heart,
mind, body and aura), simply hold the thought up for a few seconds.
The libidinal-energy will disperse up your torso and throughout
your physical body causing the sensation to im- mediately
disappear.
The energy in your body will move wherever you direct it. However,
it is unnecessary to choose a destination for libidinal-

energy other than up. The moment you think up, that energy will
naturally disperse to the right locations in your body.
Energy naturally travels the path of least resistance. The ar- eas
of least resistance in your physical body are those where the
energy in your body is weak. Therefore, when libidinal-energy
disperses throughout your body, it will naturally go to any weak
areas first, where it is most needed.
The ACHT can be performed sitting or standing. If you sit, place
your hands face down, with your palms and fingers on top of your
thighs. Your hands emit a powerful energy. If you fold your hands
on your lap while performing the ACHT you will activate your
libidinal-energy, which is counterproductive to the objectives of
the YAF techniques.
As you develop some proficiency with the ACHT, you will be able to
quickly and easily harmonize yourself while you are actively moving
through your day.

Harmonizing Destructive Sensations
When a destructive sensation arises, perform the following three
steps:
1. Sense the energy of your aura in front of the area of your body
where the destructive sensation appears most active.
2. Think about the potent harmony of your auric chakras located
about one to two feet away from that area. Con- tinue to think
about their harmony until you sense the harmony of one of your
auric chakras activate. Once activated, you will immediately sense
its potent energy circulate to and harmonize the destructive
sensation at your body.
3. Keep your sense-awareness on the harmony of that auric chakra
and the harmonious sensation it has established at your body for
about ten seconds or so to stabilize that harmonious circuit.
REMEMBER: The three main reasons why one does not sense and
activate the harmony of an auric chakra while perform- ing the ACHT
are: one is 1) not sensing the energy of their aura, 2) not
relaxing into the exercise, or 3) overthinking the process.
Your auric body and auric chakras are part of you, part of your
heart and mind. Thinking that they are part of you will help you
sense them.

Harmonizing Libidinal Sensations
The LECT can be used in addition to or in place of the ACHT III. An
effective way of controlling libidinal energy, however, is to first
harmonize the sensation using the ACHT III, and then disperse the
energy up the body via the LECT.
