In 2005, Jennifer Winter and Kris Klein, former “Big 5” executives, founded Lenati with three goals in mind:

Lenati, this year, celebrated its 10-year anniversary and in those years, we have grown methodically and judiciously from three to over fifty consultants.

By focusing on work that yields clear and measurable results, Lenati continues to grow, adding 10 new clients in 2014.
