APPLICATION CASE: 180 MW HFO TURBINE
ISSUE With ever-increasing global energy demand and a relatively limited supply of fuel available, power producers are seeking alternative fuel sources to generate power, including crude and residual oils, also commonly named heavy fuel oils. Most of these are contaminated with heavy metals and require precombustion fuel treatment as well as frequent turbine cleaning to remove ash and recover lost performance.

SOLUTION Cyntech ηEmulsion reduces the emission and consumption while protecting blades and reducing the frequency of turbine cleaning. Your turbine units run reliably while vastly reducing power-generation costs. Our approach prevents hot-path corrosion, ash fouling, and other detrimental effects associated with using heavy fuel oil (HFO) and crude oil.

APPLICATION CASE: ICE GENERATOR SET
ISSUE Due to the prolonged use of the engines in Diesel Generators, accumulation of carbon deposits and incomplete fuel combustion creates significant waste and lubricating oil contamination. This results in an estimated 20 percent increase in wasted fuel costs.

APPLICATION CASE: STEAM BOILER
SOLUTION Cynergi fuel pre-treatment and specialty CyntechTM additives, focus on improving the operational efficiency of steam boilers, industrial boilers and process systems by offering readymade solutions to reduce fuel consumption and emissions by increasing combustion efficiency and mitigating ash formation, corrosion and smokes production. Our proprietary Cyntech ηEmulsion with up to 32% ultrapure water, optimizes combustion, decrease the flame temperature peak to reduce NOx, breaking up the particles of fuel and generates H2 and O2. with resulting in reduced excess air need and eliminating supplemental steam injection. APPLICATION CASE: MARITIME – ON BOARD
PROBLEMATIQUE International Marine Organization (IMO) Tier III emissions controls for nitrogen oxides (NOx) ship emissions, go into effect beginning 2016. NOx Emissions from diesel marine engines must be reduced by 80% over Tier I levels. To meet these requirements,

How much Oil Consumption can I eliminate with this process? From 8 up to 15%: a 25 MWh boiler burning 7.8 Tons of HFO/Mazut per hour, would save 1.17 Tons/h of Oil, with Cyntech ηEmulsion and cavitation treatment. As already tested. How does the process work? Re-Engineered Water is converted in Cynergas on-site and Cyntech Fuel ηEmulsion, these are used directly in the ICE Engines or mixed with by Cyclone nozzle in the Burners. Will it damage my engine or require additional maintenance? No. The additive will actually clean your engine and reduce wear on your system, longer oil life and lower maintenance. Who will install and service the machinery? Our worldwide service network, will provide all support and services. If I save 15% of my fuel use, after machinery and additive how much savings is left for me? An estimated 8/10% of the total amount spent on Oil for that same Engine/Boiler before. How much will this process reduce my Carbon Emissions? CO2 reduction of the same % of fuel saving CO reduction up to 40% NOx reduction up to 28% Smokes reductions up to 80%

Can I sell the Carbon Emission Credit on the open market? YES – Depending on local law.
Can I easily turn this system off and run my engine or boiler as normal? Yes, our systems can be bypassed. Is their any health or damage risk associated with this process? No, because the Cynergas and Cyntech ηEmulsion are not stored but produced on demand. Is the Oxygen and Hydrogen enriched process a proven theory? YES – this has been proven for over 50 years and until now, it has just been too expensive and unstable. Will my Engine or Boiler be shut down during installation? Yes, but this will be planned to be done during a regularly scheduled maintenance period. The Cynergas can also be used in ICE diesel generators ? Yes, with excellent results, as Cynergas keeps it clean the combustion chambers, accelerates the rate of combustion, and increases the expansion of gases. What is the duration of a Cynergi gas generator and Cyntech emulsifier? Both was designed and built to have a life at least of 10 years.
