Your fast-track route to an undergraduate degree in the UKA guide to university preparation at our International Study Centres
2016-17
studygroup.com
The International Year One – equivalent to the first year of an undergraduate degree – gives you the opportunity to progress directly to year two of your degree.
Combining study skills development with academic modules and English language training, the programme will give you the confidence to meet the challenges of the second year of your degree.
This intensive nine or twelve-month programme is taught at our International Study Centres (ISCs), located at leading universities throughout the UK.
Three good reasons to begin your university career with the International Year One:
• The programme is specifically designed to support you as an international student in essential areas such as learning key university study skills and improving your English language
• Small classes ensure you receive plenty of your tutors’ time so that you get exceptional academic and pastoral support to help you adapt to university life
• You can gain your degree in just three years.
Once you complete the programme and achieve the required grades, you will be ready to enter the second year of your chosen degree.
Choose from a wide range of subjects, including business, accounting, marketing, computing, politics, media, international relations and engineering.
