This is a talk given to the Treasury Management Association in May, 2014. There is paradox in knowledge work: differential diagnosis is critical to accomplish technical work and yet there is no common language or framework to diagnose work relationships. Without a common language they can't be discussed or managed. This talk provides leaders with a common language and a common diagnostic tool. We then discuss the virtual and real management of Chums and why Chumship needs to be encouraged by corporations.
