Video meetings are offered via Zoom and Webex, however if you prefer another platform (such as Microsoft Teams or GoToMeeting) that’s no problem. We support most third-party platforms. The equipment is configured at the front or back of the room according to your preference.

Virtual Classroom

Why fly your instructor city to city when they can be in multiple places at once? Virtual Rooms involve cameras positioned in your room to allow instructors to present to local and remote attendees simultaneously.

TeleconferenceNeed to arrange an audio-only conference call? We set this up using a central desk phone equipped with a loudspeaker and microphone. You can also opt for our larger model phone systems that include wireless extension microphones, ideal in large spaces where attendees are spread out (such as 20 persons in U-Shape). Our team provides an audio bridge via Zoom so that multiple external parties can dial into the audio meeting.
