Horizon’s Lawlis Family Hospice was created with your comfort in mind; consider it your home away from home. When you stay with us, you can count on the very best care provided by Horizon’s doctors, nurses, social workers, chaplains, aides and volunteers. Our experienced staff steps into the care-giving role, allowing loved ones to be exactly what they are: a husband or wife, daughter or son, or even a dear friend. Our primary focus is to provide “home” when you can no longer manage symptoms or care-giving on your own. With Horizon, you’re home.
