13 day tour taking in the top highlights of southern England
Day 1: Arrive London. Arrive
London airport (TBA) and met by
local assistant who will greet the
group and help them to the hotel by
coach. The remainder of day is at
leisure. In the evening, the group will
walk to a local restaurant nearby the
hotel where they will have a 3 course
dinner with water to drink.
Day 2: London. Today morning, the
group will meet a local guide and take
a half day orientation guided tour of
London. The guide will take them to
view the main sights; Westminster
Abbey, Palace of Westminster and
the Big Ben, Trafalgar Square,
Piccadilly Circus, St. Paul’s Cathedral
and Tower Bridge. They will use the
Hop-on Hop-off bus to reach all these
places with the guide and it is also
possible to use it during the rest of
the day at their convenience.
Included is a 2-days London Pass
which is a sightseeing package that
allows you free entry to over 80
attractions and fast track entry to
selected attractions such as, Tower
Bridge Exhibition, St. Paul’s
Cathedral, London Bridge Experience
and few more. Pass must be
presented at the entrance or ticket
office of any attraction included on
the London Pass. The group will have
free time after the tour to make their
own use of the pass. Please note that
the Hop-on Hop-off bus is included
with the London Pass just for one
day.
Day 3: London at Leisure. Today is
a full day at leisure. They will have a
travel card for one day from zone 1 to
4 and free use of their London Pass
Day 4: London – Stonehenge -
Bath. Today a touring coach will pick
the group at the hotel and take them
to Amesbury for their Stonehenge
tour with audio guide included. Upon
completion, the group will travel to
Salisbury where they will have free
time to explore on own and stop for
lunch in a local restaurant or café
(this is arranged by client). Later in
the afternoon, they will be transferred
to Bath and check into the hotel. In
the evening, walk to a local restaurant
nearby the hotel and have a 3 course
dinner with water to drink.
Day 5: Bath. Today morning the
group will meet a local guide who will
take them for a half day walking tour
of the old town and visit to the Roman
Baths. The remainder of day is at
leisure.
Day 6: Bath. This morning is at
leisure for relaxing in the hotel or
maybe for shopping. After lunch they
will be taken to Tyntesfield Victorian
Gothic House and Gardens, here
there will be volunteers who will be
available to answer and help the
visitors and give more details about
the house. Return to hotel after the
visit.
Day 6: Bath – Cotswolds - Oxford.
Today the group will travel to Oxford
driving through the beautiful villages
of the Cotswolds area. Photo stops
will be possible until they reach
Bourton-on-the-Water where they will
stop for lunch (again, own
arrangement and expenses).

Continue the journey to Oxford and
check into hotel. The remainder of
day is at leisure. Later in the evening,
the coach will take them to the Eagle
and Child Pub for a 3 course dinner.
The pub has been opened since 1650
and famous for serving the Inklings
writer’s group including J.R.R Tolkien
and C.S Lewis.
Day 7: Oxford – Stratford upon
Avon – Barford. Today morning they
will meet a local guide and take a half
day walking tour. They will view the
main universities and sights of the
city. After lunch they will be
transferred to Stratford-upon-Avon
and make a stop to see this medieval
and Shakespeare’s birthplace town.
Continue the journey to Barford and
check into hotel. There is The
Granville Country Pub & Restaurant
which is close to the hotel as an
option for tonight’s dinner.
Day 8: Barford – Warwick –
Birmingham. Today they will visit
Warwick Castle where they will
explore the interiors, gardens and its
daily shows. Thereafter, the group will
be transferred to Birmingham and
check into hotel.
Day 9-12: Crufts. The excitement of
Crufts kicks off! Tickets to the
exhibition are included for each day
of the show as well as tickets to the
Best in Show presentation on Sunday
night.
Our hotel is located within easy
access to the train station which
takes you on an inexpensive and
direct train straight into the NEC
where Crufts is held.
Get ready to immerse yourself in a
myriad of stalls and vendors,
meander through the five halls
meeting friends and dogs from
around the world. Slip into the
infamous Arena to rest your feet and
marvel at the world class Dancing
with Dogs. If you would prefer a day
or two break from Crufts, your hotel is
centrally located to the Birmingham
town centre where you can book a
local tour or do some sightseeing of
your own.
Day 13: Depart Birmingham.
This afternoon the group will be
transferred to the airport for your
homeward flight.
