VACUUM DEHYDRATION AND FLUID PURIFICATION

ILS offers on-site vacuum dehydration and fl uid purifi cation services. This process is used to safely remove water and gas contaminants. Can be performed on running equipment, bulk oil storage tanks and operating reservoirs.

CHEMICAL CLEANING / VARNISH REMOVALChemical Cleaning is an effi cient, cost-effi cient way to remove corrosion, deposits, residual oils/greases and other obtrusive contaminants from tainted surfaces.

HIGH VELOCITY FLUSHINGILS performs high velocity fl ushing for routine maintenance, turnarounds, start-ups, new equipment commissioning and emergency or catastrophic failures.

CONTRACT MAINTENANCEILS Technicians are MLT Certifi ed and readily available to perform scheduled equipment inspections and work orders. This includes, but not limited to, greasing and lubricating equipment; collect oil samples; oil changes and top offs.
