    This session will go beyond the basics of volleyball: Passing, setting, spiking, serving and blocking. Our league willstress the importance of discipline and teamwork as it equates to success on the court.     How counseling HelpsPeople from every walk of life seek out counseling services and for a widevariety of reasons. One person might work with a psychotherapist in order toovercome feelings of anxiety, irritability, or depression. Another person mightwant to break problematic patterns of behavior or begin to heal past injuriesthat are getting in the way of happiness at home and at work. Couples comein to improve and deepen their relationships. Families find help understand-ing and overcoming the problems that frequently occur at specific points inthe life cycle.
