Joining

Cohesion for your componentsWe are also a leading provider in the demanding fi eld of welding and brazing. The more demanding the job, the more you benefi t from our many years’ experience and the quality work of our skilled welders.

Welding vacuum chambers and pressure vessels or vacu-um brazing are particularly demanding. Therefore it is par-ticularly worthwhile to draw on our experience and skill in those areas – take advantage of our broad experience in the production of components, equipment and systems for high-vacuum, plasma and coating technology.

Surface finishing

We give your components the final polishSurfaces of sophisticated mechanical components are subject to a wide variety of demands – such as a sealing function, resistance to corrosion, texture, visual perfection, roughness and stability of shape and dimensions.

The stringent demands on surface quality in vacuum technology, for example, can only be met with the ap-propriate experience and specifi c expertise. We have in-depth specialist knowledge and ultra-modern equip-ment and procedures. Careful handling of high-quality components at every stage of the process is granted at all times.

We can measure and inspect components of up to 4 me-tres in length in three dimensions in our fully climate-con-trolled measuring room. Our quality standards are high. But that is not enough. We are developing them all the time – with improvement processes, quality circles and customer audits. Because quality is central to everything we do.
