TERMS AND CONDITIONS
NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS
The exact number of participants must be communicated to us at least 15 days before the event.
A 5% change will be accepted until 48 hours before the event.
Any cancellation beyond these 5% will be charged.
If the number of participants should increase, the hotel will endeavour to satisfy all participants.
However, please note that LeCrans Hôtel & Spa could no longer guarantee the optimal comfort for all the guests.
PROVISION OF ROOMS
LeCrans Hotel & Spa reserves the right to charge a room hire charge, if the number of
participants is less than 20% of the original number planned for the event.
LeCrans Hotel & Spa declines any liability for property brought to the demonstrations.
The reception rooms are given to the organizer and guests in perfect condition, any damage caused will be charged.
DEPOSIT
To secure the booking of an event, the hotel is entitled to demand a partial, or full payment in advance. The reservation will be considered final once the deposit recorded by the institution. The prepayment of the event will take place as follows: -‐ A contract signing 50% of the estimated total amount -‐ 30 days before the event, the remaining 50% of the estimated total
HOURS OF SERVICE / EXTRA HOURS
The time of closing events is h. 01:00. Musical entertainment should be stopped at 00:00,
excepted for total privatization of the hotel ( time to be discussed).
Our event is including service personnel until h. 01:00. After this time a surcharge of CHF 300.-‐ per each started half-‐hour will be charged.
DEDITE
In case of partial or total cancellation, we will allow ourselves to charge fees according to conditions, as follows:
-‐ 60 days before the event: 50% of the estimated total
-‐ 30 days before the event: 100% of the estimated total
PRICE
Our prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF), valid for the current year and include value added vat, other taxes and service. Prices in Euros (€) are indicative and may vary depending the change.
BILLING and RULES
The invoices are payable 10 days after this period LeCrans Hotel & Spa is entitled to charge interest
5% per year.
PARKING
LeCrans Hotel & Spa has a private covered parking under video surveillance for 40 cars for free.
And a private car park with CCTV for up to 20 cars; close to the building are wide possibilities of unsupervised and free parking. The facility declines no liability for theft, damage to the vehicle or property on the inside of the latter.
NOISE
The noisy events (ex. music and / or show) should be duly announced at “LeCrans Hotel & Spa” at time of booking.
TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT
Regarding the rental of technical equipment, we work with external providers.
We will be glad to provide you a quote for all the technical equipment you prefer.
Our Event manager is at your disposal for more information.
All technical equipment provided by the organizer, or any service organized through him shall be
announced at our events manager, as soon as possible.
These elements must comply with the law and respect the norms and usages in force.
MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT
We offer you a wide range of artists to liven up your evenings.
On request, we can serve to artists a meal including a starter, main course and dessert and costs CHF 45.-‐ per person.
Meals artists in the staff restaurant will be worn on the general invoice of the event.
PLAN OF TABLES to PERSONAL CARDS
The guest list should be sent to us at least 2 weeks before the event, with tables plans and table names.
MENU
The final choice of the menu must be communicated to us at least 30 days before the event.
FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS
The floral decoration of the tables is included in our wedding packages.
If you prefer other arrangements, our professional flower designer is at your service to carry other decorations and floral arrangements.
USE OF NAME AND LOGO LECRANS HOTEL & SPA
The use of the name and / or “LeCrans Hotel & Spa” logo will be allowed when previously requested in writing form. All documents and / or displays showing the name and / or logo of our hotel must be approved by management.
SECURITY
“LeCrans Hotel & Spa” reserves the right to require the use of a company, fulfilling the obligations
Concordat of 18.10.96 according to the type of event, and borne by the organizer.
Dogs are allowed on the property, on leash and under the responsibility of the owner.
LIABILITY & INSURANCE OF PROPERTY AND PERSONS
“LeCrans Hotel & Spa” disclaims all liability for damages or claims resulting from
deterioration, disappearance or theft.
The organizer is responsible and jointly liable for any damage himself, his employees, guests or
officers could cause during the event. “LeCrans Hotel & Spa” reserves the right
to require insurance to be borne by the organizer for the event.
APPROVAL AND SIGNATURE
The general conditions are part of the event contract given to the customer for approval and signature.
The contract and the general conditions must be received duly dated and signed at least 15 days after the confirmation of the event.
