•Reinforce microwaves for cooking / communication
•Generate the real need for “an experiment”
•Point out that the whole thing was a marketing hoax created by a headset manufacturer (HSW)
•Discuss how it could be faked (HSW)
•Discuss the reliability of news sources
(e.g. preparation for the “science in the news” task)
