call it. We have always, I have always felt that...that25.

undesirable. This order will become, in effect, really, October27.

Orders and have followed up with a comprehensive statutory29.

8. Executive Order might be a step in the wrong direction and I

9. rise in opposition to the motion and the feelings explained
