ExecutiveSummaryYPESFBayArea(“YPESF”)isaCalifornianonprofitPublicBenefitCorporationincorporatedonJune23,2014.YPESFisorganizedandoperatedexclusivelyforcharitableandeducationalpurposesandhasInternalRevenueCodeSection501(c)(3)tax-exemptstatus.AllBoardMembersandExecutiveCommitteemembersofYPESFareunpaidvolunteers.YPESFBayAreaisalocalchapteroftheglobalYoungProfessionalsinEnergynonprofitorganization,whichincludesover40,000membersacross40chapters.Wefacilitatetheadvancementofyoungprofessionalsintheenergysectorbyprovidingopportunitiesforprofessionalnetworkingandknowledgesharing.YPEempowersitsmemberstobeleadersintheircommunitiesandtheglobalenergyindustrythroughvariousevent-orientedinitiatives.Oureventsrangefromnetworkingmixers,panel/speakerseminarsthatexplorespecificindustrytopicsandtoursofenergyfacilities.YPEalwayslooksforcreativewaystobringyoungenergyprofessionalstogethertoconnect.Wealsohostcommunityandstudenteventsaspartofourorganization’songoingcommitmenttosocialandeducationalresponsibility.Key2016Accomplishments:
