SAMPLE ITINERARY Ocean Reef Club

Day 1:

4:00 PM Check-in

5:30 PM – 8:30 PM Beach Party & BBQ

--Beach Games (bocce ball, corn whole, horseshoe toss)

--Beach Bonfire with s’mores

--Optional Ahoy Mates! PIRATE RAID

Pirates of the sea will pillage and plunder your party!

A lucky few will be picked out of the crowd to be initiated into the Pirate

Brotherhood! Take your guests back to the days when pirates ruled the seas!

Four pirates will be in full costume and participants in the initiation will receive

swords, eye patches & pirate hats.

DAY 2:

8:30 AM – 9:30 AM Group Breakfast

9:30 AM – 11:30 AM YPO Adult Meeting/Education Session

9:30 AM – 11:30 AM Kids Nature Center Session (Featuring Tuck the 90 lb. Tortoise and his animal friends, Arts & Crafts

At our Nature Center, you will find a touch tank with such sea critters as tropical fish, sea anemones, sea urchins, starfish and more. You can also visit with the

resident turtles, iguana and hermit crabs.

11:30 AM – 3:00 PM Free Time & Lunch on-own

3:00 PM – 4:30 PM Family Beach Olympics Going for the Gold…. Florida Keys style.

Show off your skills with classic beach games such as Beach Relays, Standup Paddle Board Race, Sand Scrabble, Blind Sand Ski Races, Tug-O-War, and

others! Suitable for all ages and abilities.

Beach Olympics Refreshment Station Including Assorted Ice cream bars, chips, popcorn, cookies. Fruit Punch & Apple Juice.

Adults Paradise Punch Bar (Sangria & Rum Punch)

6:00 PM – 9:00 PM Join the Ocean Reef Club HOME of The Brave Street Fair Fishing Village Streets transform into a Memorial Day Fair. Mouthwatering

menu, live entertainment, inflatables, and much more!

DAY 3:

8:30 AM - 9:30 AM Group Breakfast

9:30 AM -12:30 PM Group Activity

-- Carysfort Reef Snorkel Trip (ages 4+) Immersed in pristine warm waters, you’ll experience the abundant life of North

America's ONLY LIVING CORAL REEF, at locations ideal for snorkeling & diving

OR

-- Huck Finn Kid’s Fishin’ Tournament Slow down the pace a bit and drop a line into the water just like ol’ Huck Finn used to…with a cane pole. Of course, that doesn’t mean it is uncivilized. This

fishing tournament is complete with a scoreboard, helpful staff, a cleanup station, and, of course, lemonade. We also provide the poles and bait. Every

child will walk away with a fish trophy and, most likely, a fish tale of their own. Great for children ages 3-14!

11:30 AM – 3:00 PM Free Time & Lunch on-own

3:00 PM - 5:00 PM Family Treasure Hunt

-- Golf Cart Treasure Hunt Treasure Hunts are customized, based upon age, interests and group goal.

Travel the Club property on golf carts solving unique riddles and/or accomplishing challenges. Family hunts available.

OR -- Walking Treasure Hunt

Pirates! Scavenge the property for clues and treasures. Each team will receive one riddle they must figure out to get them to the next location, where they

will compete in a minute to win it challenge, if doing it correctly they will get a piece of treasure and their next riddle. At the end of the hunt they will have all the pieces to build their map to get them to their final destination- this is a race

of the fittest and they must come looking like a pirate to finish the event.

7:00 PM - Private Dinner at the Ocean Reef Club Cooking School The chef will share tips, facts, cooking techniques, and insight about the process

of producing a delicious meal. Choice of Demonstration or Interactive Class

Adults only or with kids!! 7:00 PM – Optional Reef Club Kids Pizza Party

DAY 4:

8:30 AM - 9:30 AM Group Farewell Breakfast

Choose from Optional Guided Activities Such As:

Activity Option 1 – Half Day Fishing Charter (age 5+) Whether you go for the excitement of deep-sea sport fishing, reef fishing, or

back country fishing, you will enjoy the fishing experience of a lifetime. Experts guides through ORVIS.

Charters depart from Ocean Reef Club Fishing Village.

Activity Option 2 - 18 Holes Golf The Club boasts two championship 18-hole courses. Although the Hammock

Course and the Dolphin Course offer distinctly different tests of golf, both feature scenic vistas and an enjoyable challenge for players of all levels.

Activity Option 3 - Ocean Reef Bicycle Tour

This trip offers a combination of exercise and gaining an appreciation for the foliage of Ocean Reef Club. We coast through three of the different ecosystems

present here at the Club: the Mangroves, the lush vegetation and the Hardwood Hammocks, during the 1 hr tour.

Activity Option 4 - Eco Kayak Tour (age 4+)

Our most popular Nature program, these laidback trips take you through mangroves, past bird rookeries and leave you speechless as you can see clearly

to the bottom of the sea floor. Time 1.5 hrs

Activity Option 5 - Tennis or Pickleball

Serve up an “ace” on our outdoor courts. The Ocean Reef Tennis & Games Center offers two locations with 12 courts in total, four of which are lit for

evening play. Pickleball is an ever-growing racquet sport for the entire family to enjoy. Pickleball is played with a wooden or plastic paddle, a whiffle ball, and

the dimensions of a doubles Badminton court.

Activity Option 6 - Ocean Reef Club Spa Our 8,000-square-foot Spa at Ocean Reef Club reflects all the beauty of its

surroundings amidst 2,500 tropical acres in the Florida Keys. The Spa blends new and remodeled spaces and its offerings include 10 individual massage and treatment rooms, an experience shower, dry sauna, men’s and ladies’ steam

rooms, relaxation lounge, retail boutique and a VIP couples suite.
