l 1 . Status ' .

A. 2005 - 2006 Forms are satisfactory and no fudher information or action is necessary atthis time.

B. X Errors have been noted with respect to the foliowing forms:Placed corrected form T-3 in the Title IX file for 2006.

C. The followin forms were om itted and m ust be submitted b schoo! re resentatives:D. X Other Recommendation and Comments:

According to the information provided by the schoo' on form GE-19 there are no studentmembers on the Gender Equity Committee. The KHSAA strongly recommends thatstudents be appointed to the Gender Equity Committee and that Meetings are held at atime when the student can attend. The survey shows there is an interest in swimming forboys and girls. The school is responsiblj for investigating this interest by havingmeetings with the interested students and their parents. The school should documentthe findings after having these meetings and place in the Title IX folder to ensure that aI1avenues have been researched regarding this interest, The survey does not suppod theresponse on T-2 and it appears preséntly the school is not in compliance with any of thethree tests, The Gender Equity Committee and school administration should addressthis matter and im lement a Ian of action for correction.
