No forest I~r~d arid R&R is involved The unit will run for 270 days. 6.0 The proposal was considered by the Expert Appraise: Comnutte e (lnoustry-z) in its 10:"meeting held during 29\"-30:1' April, 2010 and 13th E,L\C (1-2) meeting held during 19:~-20tr,August. 2010 The Committee recommended the proposal for envrronrnentai clearance.

7.0 Based on the information submitted by the project proponent. the Ministry ofEnvironment and Forests hereby accords environmental clearance to above project under the

?--.. provisions of EIA Notification dated 14:' September 2UUb_ subject to the compliance of thefollowing Specific and General Condrtons:

A. SPECiFIC CONOITION$:

Theievels ofPM1,:, PMZ5, SO", NOx and He (Metharle and Non-methane) inambient air shall be monitored and dispiayed at a convenient location near the maingate of the c·ornpany and at important public places.-~-------

B. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
