Whereas a loan of Rs. 8.80 lakh was advanced by the corporation in your favor in the year 1999 for setting up a unit under the name & style of M/s North Enterprises,Nai Sadak,Habakadal,Srinagar.Whereas in terms of mortgage deed and other documents executed by you with the corporation, you were required to pay the loan liabilities of the corporation along with interest by as per repayment schedule which has already terminated in the year 2005.Whereas you in disregard to the terms and conditions regulating the availment of loan from the Corporation defaulted in the repayment of principal -and interest dues from time io time.Whereas the balance outstanding of your loan account has swelled to Rs. 65,76,768/-on 15.1.2014Whereas recovery team of the Corporation visited your unit number of times & personally contacted you for the clearance of loan liabilities of the Corporation.Whereas various 'Default Notices' were served to you wherein you were advised to clear the loan liabilities of the Corporation.Whereas your response has remained halfhearted and you have been evading repayment of dues of the Corporation.Whereas Final notice was served to you by the Corporation vide letter no. SFC/LBOS/IND/445-446 Dated 7.8.2012 wherein you were advised " to square up the entire balance outstanding as on date within 15 days failing which the Corporation shall be at liberty to initiate legal action against you under the provisions of SFC's Act which shall include sale and/or takeover of the primary/additional security mortgaged with the Corporation for realization of balance outstanding against you."Now therefore you are, in your own interests advised by the medium of this notice to approach the corporation and clear the entire balance outstanding as on date within a period of fifteen(15) days from the date of publication of this notice failing which the Corporation will under the provisions of Section 29 of SFC's Act take over the possession of the unit without any further notice to you and initiate further measures for putting fria.same to auction on your sole risk and responsibility.DIPK: 2675 Sd/- Manager(Industries)

1.The Tenaer documents shall be. issued Only to SUCh intending tenderer who produces TIN No,

latest Sales Tax Clearance Certificate, valid. Registration Card and CDR for the particular Work

for which he wishes to cast tender.

2. The tender should he accompanied -with CDR for the amount shown above from

any scheduled bank pledged to the tender receiving authority.
