Oltre alle sale lavorazionil’impianto funziona ad ammoniaca in centrale frigorifere e glicole a tuttele utenze inclusi i condizionamenti civili. La centrale frigorifera ha una potenza totale di 4.600 kW ed e’ servita da 4 compressori a vite azionati da inverter fino a 60 Hz.
The system is installed in a cold store for the preservation of fresh fruit andvegetables, divided into 57 cold rooms, with a total capacity is about 180.000 q. In addition to the processing rooms, this ammonia system manages a glycolrack , as well as all equipment included the residential air conditioning units. The total refrigerating capacity of the rack is equal to 4.600 kW, and it is providedwith 4 screw compressors driven by an inverter, with a frequency till 60 Hz.
