Choose  an  animal!  It  can  be  a  portrait  or  the  en:re  body.  You  are  the  ar:st,  you  decide.  

Using  the  pen  tool  or  the  pencil  tool,  find  your  contour  lines.  Black  stroke,  no  fill.  Make  the  pt  size  fairly  large.  I  used  4  pt    

Turn  off  the  eye  on  the  photo  every  so  oKen  to  see  your  progress.  Choose  the  best  contour  lines  to  describe  the  way  your  animal  or  person  looks.  

Start  adding  your  paNerns!  Remember  one  line  at  a  :me.  Let  it  flow  from  you.    

You  have  a  lot  of  op:ons  for  crea:ng  your  lines.    Pen  tool,  pencil  tool,  brush  tool  and  any  of  the  shape  tools.  Use  a  combina:on  of  all  these  tools  to  build  up  your  paNerns.    

Make  sure  your  en:re  animal  or  person  is  en:rely  filled  with  paNerns.      Vary  your  stroke  pt  size  and  style  as  you  go.      If  you  created  complete  shapes  with  the  pen  tool,  feel  free  to  fill  them  with  black  as  needed.      SAVE  AS  A  JPEG  AND  PUT  IT  IN  YOUR  GOOGLE  PORTFOLIO!
