Zimbabwe vs. Japan
Government
The government effects life opportunities as the government runs the country,
decisions made by the government effect all the people and either benefit or hurt
them. Whether the government functions together well and runs a country well
effects life opportunities.
Government
Zimbabwe has a corrupt government, in fact ranked the third most corrupt country in Africa. Some issues within the Zimbabwe
government are the ethnic divisions amongst members and the President ad Prime minister refusing to work together. This just creates
further chaos and even worse conditions for the people. The government is part of the reason why Zimbabwe has different life
opportunities.
GovernmentThe Japanese government is a democratic government which allows the people to choose and vote for their leaders. This
leads to a government that the people want and support their country. The Japanese government is well run.
Economic Situation
The economic situation of a country greatly influences different life
opportunities as if a country is doing economically well, then it opens and
allows more opportunities for the people, both to earn more money as well as
having a stable country.
Economic Situation
The economy of Zimbabwe has shrunk significantly after 2000 resulting in a widespread of poverty and
80% unemployment rate. Zimbabwe also suffers from Hyperinflation when the country suspended
its own currency. Zimbabwe is struggling economically.
Economic Situation
The economy of Japan is the world’s second largest developed economy, below the USA. Japan
is doing extremely well and although some set backs such as the Tsunami in 2011, Japan has always been able to repair and rebuild which
Zimbabwe can’t to do.
