Mit ZINKMETAL® bietet KME jetzt einen neuen wirtschaftlichen Werkstoff für Fassaden, Dächer und Dachentwässerungen. Die Legierung aus Zink, Kupfer und Titan gewährleistet beste Material-eigenschaften für eine einfache und problemlose Verarbeitung – und für ein langfristig interessantes Erscheinungsbild.

KME is now offering ZINKMETAL®, a new economic material for facades, roofs and roof drainage systems. The alloy made of zinc, copper and titanium guarantees best material properties for simple and trouble-free working and for an appealing, long-life appearance.

KME vă oferă ZINKMETAL®, un material economic pentru faţade, acoperişuri şi sisteme pluviale. Aliajul realizat din zinc, cupru şi titaniugarantează performanţele materialului în ceea ce priveşte procesareafără probleme, pentru aspectul placut şi pentru durabilitate.

Der Einsatz von Zink für Dachbekleidung, Fassadengestaltung und Dachentwässerung wird durch die spezielle Legierung des Werkstoffs ZINKMETAL® deutlich optimiert: Kupfer sorgt für hervorragende Zugfestigkeit und im Lauf der Zeit für eine charakteristische Oxidation, Titan für die langfristige Vermeidung von Materialspannungen. Die Kombination aus beiden Metallen sorgt für eine deutlich reduzierte Materialausdehnung.
ZINKMETAL® ist sehr gut formbar, daher einfach und höchst flexibel zu verarbeiten. Nach der Verarbeitung ist die natürliche Oberfläche absolut formstabil, wartungsfrei – und äußerst langlebig.
The use of zinc in roofing, facade design and roof drainage systems is significantly optimized by the special alloy in ZINKMETAL®. Copper ensures excellent tensile strength and over a period of time features the characteristic copper oxidation, whereas titanium ensures long-term avoidance of material tension. The combination of these two metals results in clearly reduced material stretching.
ZINKMETAL® is extremely easy to bend, which makes it easy to work and highly flexible. The natural surface is completely stable after it has been laid, it is maintenance-free and very long lasting.

Utilizarea zincului în realizarea de acoperişuri, faţade şi sistemepluviale este mult uşurată de aliajul special ZINKMETAL®.Cuprul asigură o excelentă rezistenţă la întindere şi în timp contribuiela aspectul suprafeţei cu caracteristici influenţate de oxidarea cuprului,în timp ce titaniul asigură eliminarea pe termen lung a tensiunilorce pot aparea în material. Combinarea celor doua materiale reduce în mod cert deformările ce pot apărea prin întindere.
ZINKMETAL® este extrem de uşor de îndoit, ceea ce îl face uşor de prelucrat şi foarte flexibil în aplicaţii. Suprafaţa naturală obţinută dupăoxidarea iniţială rămîne ulterior complet stabilă, durează peste ani şi nu necesită întreţinere.

Die zur Herstellung von ZINKMETAL® verwendete Legierung erfüllt die höchsten Qualitätsansprüche. Der Werkstoff entspricht der Euro-päischen Norm EN 988 zur Verwendung von Zink und Zinklegierungen in der Bauindustrie. Die Spezifikationen zu den Lieferformen der Zink-Kupfer-Titan-Legierungen als Coils, Tafeln oder Bänder sind ebenfalls in dieser Norm dargestellt.
Entsprechend der Europanorm EN 1179 wird die Legierung auf der Basis von Zink der Quaität Z1 unter Hinzufügung der weiteren Legie-rungsbestandteile hergestellt.
The alloy used in the manufacture of ZINKMETAL® meets the highest quality requirements. The material complies to European standard EN 988 which is specifically for the use of zinc and zinc alloys in the building industry. The specifications for zinc-copper-titanium coils, sheets and strips are set out in this standard.
In accordance with European Standard EN 1179, the alloy is manufactured using quality Z1 zinc in addition to further alloy components

Aliajul utilizat la fabricarea ZINKMETAL® îndeplineşte cele mai înalte cerinţe de calitate. Materialul respectă standardul european EN988 care stabileşte modul de utilizare în construcţii al zincului şi al aliajelorde zinc. Specificaţiile pentru rolele, colile şi fîşiiele de aliaj zinc-cupru-titaniu depaşesc cerinţele acestui standard. Conform standardului european EN1179 aliajul se produce folosind zinc de calitate Z1 în combinaţie cu celelalte componente.
