Processing stability – hold up time study
Zytel® XT70G35HSL BK044A
Notes:Zytel® XT70G35HSL performs in molding as easy as standard glass reinforced Zytel® resins.
Long residence time combined with shorter drying time can lead to some melt viscosity drop.
DPD = Dynamic Pressure Drop offers a direct correlation with dynamic melt viscosity, that correlates with mechanical performance.
To avoid viscosity drop it is not recommended to work beyond 300C and 15 mins HUT
