The subject property is located in Downtown West in the City ofSt. Louis, a neighborhood which has seen an explosion of activityin the past few years. Most notably, a new Major League SoccerStadium is under construction a few blocks from the subjectproperty. This has been a major draw for development and fornew businesses flocking to the area.
