Good manners make a child perfect. Talking politely to others,

showing respect to others feelings and being kind to all are good

manners. A child with good manners is loved and respected by all.

Good manners are taught in the family and school. A good-

mannered child should not speak loudly. He must always speak

politely and respectfully to everyone. With good manners come

good eating habits and table manners. Table manners are the

rules used while eating, which may also include the use of utensils.

We must always wait for everyone before we start to eat. We

should sit straight in our chair and place our Napkins on your

laps. We must chew with your mouth close and must not talk

while eating. We must not talk while eating and must not lick the

plate after the food is finished. It is considered a very bad habit.
