ISO 9001 certification isissued by the International Organization for Standard and isaccepted worldwide. In case of cost consideration, getting a non-IAFISO certification is much feasible as it does not require qualityaudits at regular intervals. The IAF member bodies are supposed toconduct regular audits, if any organisation is participating in tenderspecially in government tenders or the organisation main businessis into import and export then IAF-ISO is mandatorily required atthe initial stage.

TO GAIN COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE OVERUNREGISTERED DEALER

Business whose turnover exceeds Rs. 40 lakhs is required to takeGST registration mandatorily, and you are required to apply for GSTRegistration within 30 days from the date when the threshold limitof turnover is achieved. Knowing the GST number of anorganization is extremely important, because every supplier of thegoods or services need to quote the GSTIN in all invoices, which willlead to the right allocation of ITC. GST registration is notmandatory until you reach the threshold limit, but If you want to dobusiness with any registered dealer, then you have to be registeredunder the GST regime otherwise no registered dealer will dobusiness with you.

It is a PAN based registration, so pan card is the first mandatorydocument for GST registration. Further to reduce the approval time & to avoid thephysical verification, aadhar card of the applicant is also required.

First we collect required details from the client, thereafterdocuments will be sent to the client for verification & signatures,after this, the application will be filed. A link will be generated foraadhaar verification by client. Once verification is done, ARN willbe generated by the department. Thereafter within 3 working daysof getting ARN, department either approves or raises a query onthe application. Next step is to submit the reply of the query if anyraised by the department. If they are satisfied by the reply thenapplication will be approved & GST registration certificate will beissued. If aadhaar verification opted for registration, then it willtake 6-7 working days and if aadhaar verification has not beenopted, This whole process will take around 15-20 working days.

EPF stands for Employee Provident Fund that is a scheme forproviding a monetary benefit to all salaried individuals after theirretirement. ESI is a self-financing social security and healthinsurance scheme for Indian workers. Both PF and ESI are for thebenefit of the employees and workers during their employmentand afterwards employment. Now onwards PF ESI is mandatory forevery new entity but for existing entities it is still voluntary, if notcrossed statutory limits. Statutory limits for EPF registration are anyindustry having 20 or more persons and in case of ESI it ismandatory if employees are 10 or more in a factory. Theestablishment must obtain the registration within 1 month ofattaining the strength.

First step towards applying under startup india scheme is to obtainall necessary details and documentation from the client. Then thenext step is to file an online application to the department,thereafter in the next step the department will scrutinise themandatory requirements for approval. Once the department issatisfied about the correctness and completeness of theapplication, then the application will be approved and a startuprecognition certificate issued. Usually it takes 10 - 15 working daysto get the business recognised as a startup from the departmentafter receiving all the inputs from the client side.

To prepare a pitch deck or project report is to obtain all necessarydetails and documentation from the client. Thereafter the next stepis to conduct a few meeting sessions with the client over the call orat the office to understand the client's exact requirement. Afterunderstanding the expectations of the client we will prepare theindex of the project report or pitch deck, then after approval of theindex by the client we will prepare the draft. Once a draft isapproved by the client we will make it complete in all respects. It willtake 15 - 20 working days to prepare the project reports or pitchdeck preparation.
