Business whose turnover exceeds Rs. 40 lakhs is required to takeGST registration mandatorily, and you are required to apply for GSTRegistration within 30 days from the date when the threshold limitof turnover is achieved. Knowing the GST number of anorganization is extremely important, because every supplier of thegoods or services need to quote the GSTIN in all invoices, which willlead to the right allocation of ITC. A link will be generated foraadhaar verification by client. Once verification is done, ARN willbe generated by the department. Thereafter within 3 working daysof getting ARN, department either approves or raises a query onthe application. Next step is to submit the reply of the query if anyraised by the department. If they are satisfied by the reply thenapplication will be approved & GST registration certificate will beissued. If aadhaar verification opted for registration, then it willtake 6-7 working days and if aadhaar verification has not beenopted, This whole process will take around 15-20 working days.

When your business is registered under the company Act, then it isa mandatory legal requirement , if not complied with then it willattract a monetary penalty. Auditors make sure that the company'sfinancial records and accounting procedures comply with the law.Auditor also ensures compliance with established internal controlprocedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, anddocumentation. Within thirty days from the date of the registrationof the Company it’s Board of Directors need to appoint first auditorof the company.

WE WILL PROVIDE YOUUnder this we provide consent of the auditor appointed in thecompany, Auditor appointment letter & acceptance letter. All thedocuments will be on the letter head of the CA Firm and it will beduly signed and stamped by the auditor. Auditor will be appointedfor the next five year.


To appoint an auditor your company should be registered underthe Companies Act. We require CIN (Corporate IdentificationNumber or Corporate Identity Number. Apart from this we alsorequire a copy of the resolution from the board of directors of yourcompany, resignation of previous auditor with NOC, if any, beforestarting the auditor appointment process.


To appoint an auditor first we will obtain all the necessary detailsof the company in which the auditor is supposed to be appointed.Once we receive the details then we will obtain written consentfrom the proposed auditor. Thereafter we prepare the documentsfor auditor appointment and send it to the client for signatures andverification. After receiving a signed document from the client sidewe file the required documents and forms to the department. Thenshare the company master data with the client.
