1. Running software

After installing ‘Bailing SMS-Broadcasting’ software, finding the shortcut icon of

‘SMS Premium’ on the desktop and program menu, click the ‘SMS Premium’ to start the software.

After starting the software, into the home of software, if the

message ’Cann’t find softdog’ on the lower left corner(as shown on the left),

then the softdog is not properly installed. If installed correctly, there will not

be any prompt.

As shown above , running the software needs the

softdog which is inside USB. And running the USB needs the driver of softdog.



2. Set of sending time

Click the button of ‘Send time period’ on the lower left corner to

set the autowork time ( as shown on the left). Time period that is

set to automatically start and stop sending.

3. Use of software：

3.1 Manage Set

Select one of the ‘Modem’ on the ‘Device Number’. Click ‘Device Setting’ (or double-click the ‘Modem’),

as shown above, the device parameters of ‘Modem’ can be set. Conncting modem device after clicking



‘OK’.

Remark: If The indicator light is red , it does not work. If it is green , it works.

There are 4 choices in the Device(as shown above). ‘Siemens cell phone’ is for Siemens module, ‘GSM

MODEM’ is for Wavecom GSM module, ‘CDMA MODEN’ is for Wavecom CDMA module, and

‘Qualcomm CDMA’ is for Qualcomm module. We will mark down the module types on the modem(as

shown below picture).

3.2 SMS Text

Into ‘SMS Text’ , enter the message.

3.3 Receiver

Click ‘Input Manual’ , a single number can be entered manually.

Click ‘Make Number’, enter the starting number and the quantity of generated numbers, select the filter

conditions, click "OK" to generate receiver number.

Click ‘ Input File’, select files of number, and then input the files to the list (The file must be TEXT, enter

is the singal of one complete cell phone number (all space before or after).

Click ‘Del Duplicate’, can clear the duplicate numbers;.

Click ‘Turn/Mix’, can do the numbers in the list order or random order processing;.

Click ‘Priority Send’, can select the number to be sent priority .

Click ‘Save’ , can save the number outputting as TXT file.

Click ‘Del Sel’, can delete the selected number.

Click ‘Clear List’, can delete all of the number of the list.



3.4 Start send

After entering the content and number, click ‘Start send’ on the lower left corner to start sending.

In the sending state, click ‘Stop send’ to stop sending.

3.5 Sent Record

Click ‘View All Sent Record’ to display all sent record.

Click ‘Show Failed Numbers’ to display all the failed sent number, and save the failed sent number to

resend.

Click ‘Clear List’ to delete all the sent record.

When SMS reach 50000 records, the system will automatically back up to C disk as "SMS record ". Or

click ‘Backup And Remove’ to backup the sent record.

3.6 Receive SMS

As shown above, SMS received record will be showed on the list.

Click ‘Receive’ to receive SMS by hand.

Click ‘Reply’ to reply the selected SMS on the list.

Click ‘Auto Reply’ to reply the SMS automatically.

Click ‘Save As’ to save the received SMS to be Excle file.

Click ‘Delete Record’ to delete the selected SMS on the list

Click ‘Remove Record’ to remove all of the received SMS.



3.7 Exit

Click ‘Exit’ , The message is prompted to exit the program, click ‘OK’ to exit , or click ‘Cancel’ to cancel

exiting.

4. Connect Modem or Modem Pool

5. Install Driver

5.1 Install driver of 8 port modem pool.

As shown left, modem is connected to computer with USB

As picture above, the modem is not connected to computer..


As shown above, the modem is connected to computer, but has not been installed the driver.

Insert CD disk of driver to the computer,. As shown above, start to install the driver. Select ‘Yes, now and

every time I connect a device’.



And then, Select ‘Install from a list or specific location(Advanced)’

And then, select the suitable driver of CD disk. We have all of drivers for kinds of modem.

The drivers support XP/NT/2000/2003/vista/linux operation systems



And then, finish installing driver of 8 port modem pool.

After installing all of the driver , all of ‘?’ are changed to ‘USB Serial Port(COM3-COM10).

Here is 8 COM drivers for 8 port modem pool.



5.2 Install driver of PCI modem pool(8 or 16 port)

If you have any problem, pls contact Bailing company website.


Insert the CD disk to install PCI driver. The drivers of 8 and 16 port modem pool are inside the CD disk.

And then, as shown above, click ‘Continue Anyway’

After installing the driver. PCI modem can work . (8 port or 16 port modem)



5.3 Check software with the 8 port modem pool

After running the software, make ‘Manage Set’ as content 3.1. The 8 port modem can work.
