PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENTThe Traill County, North Dakota Board of Commissioners seeks applications from companies and organizations in Traill County to participate in the Federally-sponsored Recovery Zone Bond program. Traill County has received an allocation of $3.257 mil-lion for the Recovery Zone Facility Bond program for the abil-ity to finance commercial and retail facilities. These programs are intended to stimulate economic activity and support qualified economic development projects in Traill County. These programs will be administered according to the U.S. Treasury and Internal Revenue Service guidelines. The application submission deadline is December 31, 2009.
