Whereas, the Undersecreta f r Consumer Protection Group issued MemorandumOrder (M.O.) No. 15752 on 27 April 2015, directing BPS to adopt andimplement stop-ga m asures to facilitate ease in doing business;
Whereas, to further enhanc D I's performance in ensuring ease in doing businesswithout compromisi g product safety, it is desired that ICC processing timebe limited to three () orking days;
Whereas, there is a need to, r ta n only the products that are life threatening in the BPSList of Products Udr Mandatory Certification to facilitate the issuance ofICC while the rest f he products in the current list shall be transferred toProducts Under Ma d tory Labelling.
