TP HPPE Panels are the most advanced ballistic protection solutions currently available on the market, having the best weight to ballistic performance ratio.

TP HPPE Panels are made with the lightest material available: Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene Fiber (UHMW-PE), capable of delivering high protection levels at a lower weight compared to traditional steel or other high performance ballistic materials. The panels feature exceptionally high multi-hit capability, providing the user an outstanding degree of safety if hit by multiple projectiles or fragments.

The GS3000 is a hard bal-listic composite UD-Aramid material designed for ve-hicle armour cost effective applications. The GS3000 is suitable for stand alone armour appli-cations as well as a backing for ceramic or steel strike-face solutions, being a per-fect protection against fast-moving IED fragments. The GF3000 hard ballistic composite UD-Aramid ma-terial designed for vehicle armour applications. Assembly at TP factory

TP Technical Panels supplies a range of kit based Cash in Transit Vehicles using our own range of Composite Ballistic Products and Protection Panels, which meet or exceed common international standards. The advantage to composite panels is substantial weight reduction, when compared to the commonly used steel fabrication. This has an immediate effect for the life of vehicle, considering Durability, Maintenance cost, Fuel consumption, Higher Loading capacity.

TP Technical Panels also provides all electronic locking and safety features for security vehicles, based on customer requirements.

The “Conversion Kit” can be transferred to another vehicle after the vehicle life usage, which is unique in the CIT industry.

Assembly in Country

TP Technical Panels pre-assembles all of the kit sub assembles so that each kit can be tested for system functionality and over all fit & finish standard before being packed and shipped to the end user‘s Country of Operation.

TP Technical Panels has a dedicated Team headed up by a Project Manager to take control of the Assembly in Country. The finished vehicle follows the same stringent quality Assurance Process as utilized at the main Production Facility in Bangkok ,Thailand.

TP Technical Panels offers all of it’s Customers a tailor made Maintenance Program that ensures the highest levels of Fleet Uptime is achieved throughout the Life Time of the Vehicle. This Intensive Program starts with the unique triple check Production Quality Assurance sign off process prior to the vehicle being shipped to the End User . Once the vehicle has arrived in Country then a member of the Customer Service Team will perform the PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) before the handover to the Customer’s Operations Staff. During this handover visit Product Training is given to boththeClient’s Operations & Maintenance Teams. It is strongly recommended that when a vehicle is delivered that it is accompanied with its I.S.O. (Initial Stock Order) of C.I.T. related maintenance parts. Maintenance Contracts are also available when TP Factory Trained Staff will perform P.M.C. (Preventative Maintenance Checks) along with any required adjustments / running repairs on a daily basis to the Fleet outside of normal working hours.

A Technical Hot Line is available 24/7 to support Customers that operate their own Technical Departments.

TP Technical Panels does everything possible to ensure that every C.I.T. (Cash in Transit) Conversion reaches the End User in perfect condition. To further ensure Customer Satisfaction every C.I.T. Conversion is supported by a 12 months Factory Warranty that covers against any Manufacturing or Workmanship defect

A fast track Helpdesk is in place to ensure the quickest possible solution is applied to ensure the Minimum Fleet Downtime.
