The sale will be held online at: www.liveauctions.tv in conjunction with private treaty bidding being held at the

N.I.L.E. in Billings, Montana. At noon on Saturday, October 14th, 2017 bidding will be opened

up via the internet (LiveAuctions.tv). Bidding will be open through Monday October 16th, 2017 until the live closeout at 12 PM MST. Final

bidding will take place via the internet at www.liveauctions.tv or in person at the Yellowstone Room at the N.I.L.E. facility in Billings, Montana. The live

close out price will start at the price of each lot’s last bid prior to the close out (both bids online and present at the event will be accounted for). Each lot will be allowed 30

seconds to be bid on, in the event a new bid is given, bidding will open up for another 30 seconds and will continue this way until there are no more bids.

Muddy creek ranch, along with David and Karen Shockey and family would like to welcome you to the first ever Quality and Confidence Sale. This is the first sale of its kind ever attempted. This sale will combine three types of sales in one, private treaty,

silent auction and a live close out. All cattle will have a base price stated up front as in a private treaty. You will then be able to compete for the top bid in a silent auction format. At the end of the time period, anyone who placed a bid in the silent auction can now compete in alive close out auction to determine who will get the winning bid.

The accumulation of these superior genetics encompasses a lot of hard work and afulfillment of a dream that started long ago by Karen’s parents Bob and Edie Tomasko. Boband Edie moved to Montana in 2002 and purchased a ranch and a restaurant with the intentionsof raising quality beef and serving it to all their friends and neighbors. Bob saw the needearly on for superior genetics and challenged Karen and David to build the best herd in thecountry, if not the World. The last ten years has been devoted to fulfilling that dream.

To qualify for this sale, all the cattle had to pass a stringent set of requirements. All cattle hadto be born & raised on the ranch. They must have been bred at an appropriate time, and calved every year possible. MCR guarantees all cattle to be sound, functional breeders and will provide any and all data to support that.

On behalf of Muddy Creek, we would like to thank everyone who took the time to evaluate our cattle. It is our hope to provide our customers with a no pressure atmosphere to help everyone to acquire breeding stock that will add to their herd and continue the dream.
