QUY TRÌNH BIM

BIM (Building Information Management) is advanced process applied in the construction industry (AEC) based on digital 3D models used throughout the life of a design, infrastructure and construction project. . These BIM models are much more advanced than simple 2D and 3D drawings, they are made up of intelligent models with lots of information, changed and updated throughout the project development process. judgment

BUILDING INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

BIM technology is changing the way we design and operate buildings and infrastructure. BIM helps improve the working process, improve the design and operation efficiency throughout the life of the project. Basically it can be considered as a virtual 3D model of the building with all components: bricks, mortar, roofing, lighting, furniture, mechanical and electrical systems ... all are specified in the tissue. Figure BIM.

The BIM process will revolve around 3D digitized models, requiring software to perform the work of building these models. Autodesk is one of the pioneering software companies and is leading in developing applications supporting BIM process, in which Autodesk Revit is emerging as an indispensable software when it comes to BIM, especially is BIM 3D.

BIM helps contractors and investors have a more accurate view when estimating investments and costs, all models on BIM are in depth and very accurate. Minimize the costs incurred and the time spent working with consistent data management, avoiding loss in storage and document management.

BIM helps strengthen the linkage between departments, from architectural design, structure, MEP, estimation ... all work on a unified model, all information is updated. regularly forming a stream of information throughout.

All individuals and organizations collaborating in the design and construction of works can use the data in the BIM model, thereby analyzing prices, time, methods of construction and construction maintenance. The entire work process will be based on the sharing of this information, they are always updated and supplemented continuously throughout the working process, from drafting to completion of the project. For the same reason, BIM can also be considered as “Building Information Management”.

With BIM, data will be centralized and unified throughout the working process, all updates are automatically taken place and completely accurate.
